First off I want to say that they were professional and answered my call for a next day carpet…read morecleaning. I just moved in and had typical stains and traffic area grime. It was really important to me to get the cleaning done right away, since I had to move furniture in over the weekend. I had them do about 4 bedrooms and stairs. Total cost was $480 or so. Much higher than I expected, but my fault for not shopping around to know going rates. All my rooms had a couple stains each and master had traffic area darkness. Stairs had dark edge stains and on landing. Bottom line is none of the stains or dark traffic areas cleaned up at all from what I can tell. Not sure if their services are to blame or I Just have bad carpets. Either way it was a highly disappointing experience for the money spent. So don't know exactly how to rate the company, will give them 3 stars.
