I demanded a partial refund, got it and fired them. I am sure Merry Maids is a reputable establishment elsewhere but in Casper WY you are definitely taking your chances if you have even remotely high standards for cleanliness in your home.

It was really important to me to get the cleaning done right away, since I had to move furniture in over the weekend. I had them do about 4 bedrooms and stairs. Total cost was $480 or so. Much higher than I expected, but my fault for not shopping around to know going rates. All my rooms had a couple stains each and master had traffic area darkness. Stairs had dark edge stains and on landing. Bottom line is none of the stains or dark traffic areas cleaned up at all from what I can tell. Not sure if their services are to blame or I Just have bad carpets. Either way it was a highly disappointing experience for the money spent. So don't know exactly how to rate the company, will give them 3 stars.

All of a sudden this evening they're downsizing and unable to take on new clients. No one else in town seems to be taking on new clients either, at least until after the start of the year. Which, I understand circumstances, but this really leaves me in a lurch. Now I have to figure out how I can get my entire house cleaned up before Christmas, by myself with an inadequate amount of healing time.
