Since this is a relatively new venue, there were some kinks. Going in, we didn't have tickets so we went to the counter to purchase. There really wasn't any direction at the door so we kind of just wandered in. We found where we could purchase tickets for the show but with the lack of direction - we could have just walked in without paying. There are multiple restrooms and they were extremely clean, even later in the night. There is a raised section with some seating. Plenty of dance space. There is also a bar with both cocktails and draft beer (mostly Upland Brewing offerings). Prices weren't bad and the line moved pretty quickly. The venue holds a pretty decent amount of people and I look forward to seeing more shows there. Not going to lie, I already have tickets to see O-Town ($20 tickets - I was NOT going to pass this up!)

Very willing to help make the event special and help you make your event the way you want it. Everyone was very friendly. The facility has multiple different areas to utilize for tour event. And stairwells on multiple sides of building, which can be useful. In this case, my sister was able to go from the basement (where the dressing rooms are) all the way up two floors to the top floor (where the ceremony was) without anyone on the first or second floor seeing her. Very useful! I'm told the stairwells connect everything throughout the building, so you can move around the whole facility without anyone seeing you, if need be- useful in this case for sure. The DJ was great. The planning team was great. We loved the dance floor area and the bar was very nice and sleek. There is ample parking around the building. It takes a second to find but it's useful. And for your photos before and after a wedding, there are lots of good area nearby. There are a few parks within a black and lots of great spots along Spring St. My family definitely has no complaints about this venue!

Prior to this, we have done escape rooms at three other locations. This was hands down our favorite! We chose the Train Ro themed one and between the two of us we solved it with only one hint! It is located in the basement, and the above area is used for events, so you may here some sound from above but it did not reduce the quality of the game. An advantage to this space is that you are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks. That saves lots of money, and is rare to find! They had a standard oven/ cooktop, microwave and fridge. The kitchen area is very small, but adequate. There are two bathrooms in the hall and a very out of tune piano in back. It can be difficult to contact them at times, volunteers take turns answering. However, they were prompt in responding and were lovely to work with. Highly recommended!
