I should have spent the $2000 on Ozempic and Rybelsus instead. I can't fault the diet alone, but it is hard to follow. What really set me back was being told I had to restart the diet and over eat a few days. The reason was because I charted the diet wrong, listing my calories loading days as day one, instead it should not have been written down by me. It ruined my pace. I will do the diet again but on my own terms and using similar supplements bought on Amazon instead of paying $2000 bucks for the plan.

They put you on a 500 calorie per day diet for the first phase which is a starvation diet. I tried to help her by hiring a personal trainer, we took classes together at Orange Theory. I had home meal deliveries. I signed her up for a program called revolutionize. I tried it all for a few years but nothing worked. Then we met Lori after she was recommended by my sister in law who also lost 60 pounds following Lori's program. Lori changed my daughter's life. Not only did she lose all the weight bringing her to a healthy weight for her height and age, she helped her to become confident and independent. Lori made sure my daughter took full responsibility this program. My daughter followed all the rules, went food shopping, learned how to cook on her own and the real bonus is that she even started to cook for me after long days at work!
