Brian, Kevin, and Laryssa were absolutely wonderful, and I think, extremely effective at helping me regain strength and flexibility with both of my ankles, while enhancing my balance and coordination. Unfortunately, ski season has ended, so I won't be able to test my strenghtened ankles by "carving up the slopes" with the grandchildren. Fortunately, the ATI folks have - also - given me the strategies I'll need to maintain and hopefully build, so I'll be ready for next season. And this is from an active 77 year old that isn't ready for the shuffleboard, TV and the bistro ("the pasture"). I'm interested in trying dermaplaning and their custom facials. I've tried their Celluma LED facials and B12 shots. My favorite thing is still the Whole Body Cyrotherapy with leg compressions. It's quick enough to do during my lunch break. The Cyrotherapy takes 3 minutes maximum and is followed by Normatec arm of leg compressions for 30 minutes. The changing rooms are always clean. And organized with robes, gloves, socks, and booties. Just make sure to avoid any metal (ie. bra underwire) during Cyrotherapy. I love doing Cyrotherapy after a tough gym session or football game. It definitely helps with soreness, circulation, and any inflammation. And the fact that it can burn 500-800 calories is a definite plus! I always feel great after though my husband has had some side effects like hunger, excessive thirst, and sleepiness. The owner, Dan is always friendly and informative. He's accommodating and has squeezed me in on same day appointments. It's also easy to book sessions online.

Nurse Mary, Norma, Kim and Vicki are always extremely compassionate and helpful. Stacy, Niki and Raquel are easy to talk with. In addition to Kevin and Lauren. Dr Javid and Christa take the time together listen. Audrey has a wealth of insight.... I felt extremely fortunate that psychiatry resident Dr Rahman was there as well. The last time I worked with her was last year in the behavioral health unit. In my opinion, she will make an excellent psychiatrist.

I could ( and did) do the same exercises at home and really didn't have to have a pt observe me. Some of my issue stemmed from my neck and no one ever touched my neck (or anyplace else) therapeutically. I made no progress with them in @ 10 sessions...in fact, I was worse at the end than when I started. Grateful to have a PT who can tailor my treatment to my personal needs .
