There are two picnic tables in the shade (or they were when we were there @ 12:15pm in August.) Everything tasted great. The food is made fresh to order and was served quickly. I had the barbacoa tacos. A little cup of salsa verde, fresh cilantro and a wedge of lime was a nice surprise. My husband had the three taco dinner: ground beef, chicken and steak. It came with rice and beans. We took our food home, so didn't have any drinks. Good food!

We ordered the Carne Asada and Al Pastor Tacos. DELISH and authentic! Fresh ingredients and served with green salsa and lime slices. The staff was patient and kind. Each taco is made to order, but it only took about 5 minutes for us to get our food. Served hot and ready. They take credit card! There is no indoor seating (obviously, it's a food truck lol), but perhaps there are picnic tables in the summer time?? Unsure about this though. They typically have a line, which speaks to how great the food is! You are always greeted with a smile and they are able to get you your food in a jiffy. A few of my favorites from the menu include the catfish po'boy and the jambalaya. The food is always fresh and has great flavor. The hangover has at its base the tots, and it is topped with scrambled eggs, ground sausage, country gravy, colby jack cheese and bacon. I ordered it and I had the food in what felt like a few minutes. When i got it i thought... holy cow this is huge. Take a look at the pics for the dish. I felt it was a bit too much cheese, but man when I started to eat it, I could not argue with the flavor! It was an incredibly hearty meal, and delicious to boot! Loved the meal! He suggested why don't I try the "Johhny's Italian Dip" and I said OK! I got it with the provolone and he asked if I like gardineira and I said yes, whatever you recommend so he said "F#@k yeah!" and that's what we went with. I get the feeling the owner is quite a character! It came in a really sturdy box, which was great. I took it back to my car to eat. I went around the corner to the gas station and got a huge soda for $.99 and didn't wait to get home sat in their parking lot and ate. It was delicious. Messy and the bread was fairly soggy (esp with the au jus), but it was really really tasty. The gardineira kept my tongue tingling as well. The only thing that stinks is it was a sandwich only -- and not huge -- for $12 (plus tax plus a $1 credit card fee, + $1 tip), so it came to $15 and really I could have eaten 2 of them. But it was so tasty it was worth the experience, just not sure I would do it again with other options (as that is a fairly pricy sandwich for my budget). These pieces were probably frozen as I miss the rich taste of a large-moist piece of okra. The green beans were a lot like the okra. They are unique and mildly greasy. They were crisp, medium cut and mildly greasy. Hawkins provided too little ketchup for the fries while providing a large packet of ranch for the beans and okra. Both the fish baskets were good. The breading had a slight spice flavoring. Some of the fish has a little stronger salt taste than I expected as most pieces did not. The fish was fresh and didn't taste/smell fishy. The fish flaked off in firm and small pieces - nicely done without too much of a grease flavor. I have to admit that I was disappointed when they handed me a couple small packets of tarter sauce. I love fish with my tarter sauce. This sauce packet was very bland and didn't do anything to help me enjoy the fish more.
