NUTS is the first word that comes to mind after reading these reviews. Every rating written here is true except Jeanie P. Her review is obviously fake as the person who wrote it. The person who wrote it sounds exactly like Taylor Sterling (the so-called Radio Station Manager/live in homeless girlfriend). The name "Taylor Sterling" is also fake. I had a very successful radio show on WTBQ until a Very loud and jealous Taylor Sterling decided to ruin it. I had to file a lawsuit against her and the station. It's because of Taylor Sterling that businesses are afraid to advertise on WTBQ. She is like a bad luck voodoo doll for business (just asked the businesses who advertised with her if they're still in business) Rumor has it... that Taylor Sterling was asked to leave the Warwick Valley Rotary and the WV Chamber of Commerce. The person who wrote that review from almost 2 years ago needs professional help. FACT: WTBQ is AM FM has not been in the city of Florida, NY for 10 years. The real deal is that the owner for 23 years gives back every day to the communities, is a proud Rotarian and was written up in the Wall Street Journal for his major contributions and continues to produce the finest programming with live local talk with professionals at the top of their fields and WTBQ is the last station in NY that does live local call in shows. The station also has programmed in over 6000 songs which you will probably know the words to every song but never hear it twice. The pride and care taken with this amazing station is very obvious so listen into the morning show and the Political Roundtables and eclectic talk shows and make up your own mind. Do not let anyone tell you what to think and you should know by now that people that try to slam others are usually very jealous. a hate filled radio station obsessed with a certain minority, very few advertisers, at least one morning host is mentally ill,sometimes I wonder how a station can pay its employees with just 3 advertisers, unless it secretly gets funding from the govt,,I wont shop at any businesses that advertise on this station. read more
