More than once I've contacted her to ask her to put something away for me, or let her know I'm on the way, and she will stay late and open the door for me to shop. Another team mom went and picked it up for me so I didn't notice until a few days later after receiving it. I called and spoke to the owners wife and she refused to help me in any way. She did not want to help me or hear me out in any type of way. She said it was my mistake. I told her I know what I asked for. After bickering for almost 30 mins we came into an agreement that after speaking with my husband I realized did not benefit my daughter at all!!! One of the pair was on display because they didn't have any more in his size so the employee decided to cut off the display shoe and told me that I could get a discount just ask for it in the front once I went to the front a staff member got his manager his name was Eniel T . When I tell you, I've never experienced such a hostile aggressive person. This was my first time encountering someone who literally tried to compare me and my spouse to being a business owner and an employer, like himself and putting myself in his situation because he was trying to punish an employee in front of us for telling us lies that we could not get a discount basically he is unprofessional his demeanor gives off aggressive. It was to the point that I felt uncomfortable. I literally told that man it's the holidays cheer up be nicer to your employees and guest he continued to taunt me and the whole situation was unprofessional and weird half he gave me the 10% discount on the shoe because it was a display and he told the staff member in front of I'm gonna deal with you later. I saw an employee straightening out several tables to keep it that way. I tried on a few tops and liked one light sweater. One brand they carry called Casillon (or something like that) is versatile. You can wear their clothes for working out or to run errands. I liked a sweater from that brand so decided to purchase it. I have seen the lines long here bur never like what I saw yesterday. There were at least 35 people in front of me. Some were together but still, much too long. I waited a few minutes and the line did not move since there were only two cashiers. I left the sweater and ended up purchasing it online. They should really have more than two cashiers on a weekend. Otherwise, I think this store is great.
