I've been watching the news for years and for years they look like someone rolling dice instead of having sophisticated radar. Just saying how bad they are. I called gotW3 today and was told I had no refund coming back that I had used to much internet. I asked how when we didn't even have service. I talked to customer support almost every day or sent an email. I canceled my service with them and am wondering if this is why they are doing this. I know there are more people who are experiencing the same issue with gotW3 as I am. All I want is my $218.00 back I went through being quarantined with no service and my Grandson was unable to do his school work.
