We started using Elavon merchant services April 2026. We are a Sportfishing Charter business in the…read moreKeys and we were processing $25k-$30k /month in CC's. We realized that our tips were NOT being paid out by Elavon. The customer would tip on average 20% on a $1500.00 charter and the transaction, register and front end would show BOTH the original charge and the tip being applied AND paid out. However, we would only receive the original payment and NO TIP! After 4x 1-2hr. phone calls to Elavon and Talech Tier 2 escalation, the only thing that got accomplished was fault Proven on THEIR end. Talech has 2 checkboxes to check for businesses that aren't originally "coded" for tips. Each time we didnt receive tips, we called and got excuse after ridiculous excuse up to and including blaming internet connection and weather in the area! Unreal!!! Fact is Elavon and Talech are both incompetent companies. We are suing BOTH companies for our tips which to date are over $1300.00 Icing on the cake was threatening them with legal recourse and then they still charge me for merchant services. Needless to say, we no longer use these thieves and they can go kick rocks!

I can tell you that I wasn't the easiest client to work with lol. From March 2020-October 2020 I experienced lots of professional changes within the same company due to various project rotations and an organization restructure. For reference I work in a non-tech role for a tech startup. Becky and the team were able to take all of the changes and feedback I provided to create an absolutely amazing resume and linked in profile. I have not been actively looking for new employment since utilizing the YNJ services but I have received significantly more traffic to my LinkedIn and great comments from recruiters about my resume.
