I'm so glad that I was able to schedule a 15-minute resume review with Your Next Jump and plan to…read moreshare with others. I was a little weary at first of how 15 minutes could help--don't I need more time?!--but it was perfect. Tim was so kind, but also very direct and wasted no time getting down to business. He obviously spent time getting to know my position and who I was ahead of time and had actionable items and feedback. I have utilized other resume workshops before, but honestly never felt like my time was utilized well or gave me specific feedback to improve. Definitely an opposite experience with Tim. I now know a few tweaks to add in to improve my resume despite having a job that didn't fit in to the examples he provided, but nonetheless very helpful. I would suggest their services to anyone wanting to get an edge up on other applicants.

He helped me get very clear about next-steps in my current resume and then take steps in transforming my resume to a good one. Investing in taking time to talk to Tim was worth it. I highly HIGHLY recommend you go do it for YOURself!

These people are terrible. They breached our agreement, went way over schedule, attempted to…read moreblackmail me by writing a 2nd contract to have me sign so I didn't ask for a refund of my money based on their guarantees. When I originally received their NDA I thought it was trash so, I wrote my own agreement for them to sign, which they did. They apparently didn't read or understand it as I locked in their performance guarantee from a legal basis per the schedule they agreed too. I believe that there must be other companies out there that will perform but remember, you get what you pay for and it seems like the bad companies in this ghostwriting business lie whenever possible. And always pay by credit card so you can later dispute the charge and get your money back BUT don't give them too much time because there is a limited time in which you can do that with these companies. So if they guarantee the work to be completed within 3-5 weeks, don't let them exceed that or you may never see the completed work and they'll put you through hell. Plus, always have any legal dispute disputed and tried in YOUR state! This company wants disputes judged in Texas so it costs you legal fees, travel, and you may now know the laws of the ghostwriting state location. Good luck to you but stay away from this outfit.
