That's where things took a turn. they removed the tree well 90% of it and none of the junk. after 5 1/2 weeks of silence except for me calling them 3 times and being told by the end of the week we will be there. we sat home all week waiting, this happened twice. we finally decided to go with someone else. forgot to mention that they also damaged our property which we now have to pay to fix. told they that we would pay all but $1100 of the invoice. this was minus what we had to pay to finish the work they started and fix the damages. he got extremely rude and refused the offer. we had already talked to an attorney. 30 minutes after the call he agreed to meet and we did settle on the price. will never do business with them again and will never recommend them. not only did they not complete the work, they ignored us, lied SEVERAL times, and were very rude and unprofessional. Here are the facts: my car was parked alongside the grass that was mowed by the Wimberg team. My car was intact prior to arriving at my mother's - a little before 9am. She lives on a side street in Hyde Park, so not a high traffic area at all. It was a Wednesday morning. The Wimberg mowing team arrived shorty after I got to my mother's to mow the front lawn - both by the street and the house. After the team left, my car window was shattered with a long scratch along the side of my car. As shown, something was dragged along my car to create the scratch across my side car. This was the side right next to the lawn that was mowed. I asked the Wimberg team to do the right thing. I understand accidents happen, but I was refused. I filed a police report as well. The police noted this did not seem like a random break in as nothing was taken from the inside. Just hope it doesn't happen to anyone else getting serviced by them. As a company, you have the choice to do the right thing even when no one is watching. That's how an ethical business should be run.
