There are two very nice club rooms/lounge areas that can be reserved for events or parties, a huge gym that includes a sauna, pet spa, coffee/espresso machine with custom drinks, Luxer One locker package system, Tide lockers for your dry cleaning, I mean the list just goes on and on. One person was moving out as she had recently gotten engaged. I got all the paperwork I needed. The hours have changed.. Tuesday through Saturday 10am - 6pm.

Oh, and it was closed all day one day a week because... who knows. You had to mail in your rent check instead of dropping it off at the office. I guess that meant not having to see all the sourpusses every month, but still. Inconvenient. The Historic District is lined with trees, small green spaces, and a mix of Italianate, French Empire, and Victorian-era buildings. These apartments have been newly erected, and as such, boast modern interiors. You won't find exposed bricks or lofty ceilings here. Roebling Row caters to the traditional box-style apartment with a spacious great room, bedrooms with large closets, and laundry in every unit. Some even come with balconies that overlook the beautiful Cincinnati skyline and Roebling Suspension Bridge. Parking is somewhat of a problem. There is a small lot for residents in the rear of the building, but its filled by early evening. Across the street is metered parking which is free between 5:00pm and 9:00am. This is fine if you work first shift, but you could find yourself moving your car around if you're on a different schedule. Amenities include a fitness center, sundeck, and storage on every floor. There are also some swanky perks like an ice maker on the fridge, a built-in microwave, two car garages, and organic produce delivery. During the summer, a farmer's market sets up shop on the weekends right around the corner. Roebling Row is also right across the street from some delicious local pubs like Keystone, Blinkers, and Molly Malone's. All of this, of course, comes with a price tag. Split the approximately $1300/mo in rent and you've got yourself a location that's walking distance from Mainstrasse, the Licking River Historic District, The Banks, Paul Brown, Great American Ballpark, Sawyer Point, and the rest of Downtown. #2: Parking can be a bit rough at times. The positive here is that RR offers free off-street parking in the private lot behind the building. The negative is that the lot is often filled up by 8pm. Plenty of free off-street parking is available between 5pm and 9am. #3: While the exterior of the building may look cool and contemporary, the interiors of the units are your standard-fare apartments, replete with beige carpet and white walls. It's not a bad thing, just think of it as a blank canvas with which to work with. #4: The general age of the residents is closer to 145 than to 25. I wish I were exaggerating, but yeesh, there is definitely a lack of people my age in this building. Then again, maybe they're just avoiding me. #5: The staff and maintenance are 98% excellent. I haven't had any personal complaints about them, but I've heard a few stories from other residents. Nothing big, just small stuff. If you've got a roommate, I can't recommend this place enough, especially with the potential to have the Roebling Bridge, Ascent, and the upcoming Riverfront Park just outside your door!

The building is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and it's such a convenient spot to anything in the greater Cincinnati area. I can be downtown in six minutes, Kenwood or the Florence Malls in less than a half-hour, and to Kings Island in under 40, as well. Parking is plentiful and the lots are well lit. All of my maintenance requests have been answered immediately and professionally. Email correspondence is replied to within minutes and they are doing a nice job of continually upgrading the property. There is new signage that reflects the vibe of the place and I just can't say enough good things about living here.

I wrote, called and even stopped down to the rental office. My concerns weren't taken serious. It felt I was being labeled as the problem; but, as a tenant I expected a quiet apartment especially after the 10pm quiet hours. The 'Courtesy Officer' on some occasion said he didn't hear anything, some times asked me to go speak to her -- the final straw and thankfully my last weekend living in the apartment I had family over for the holiday and were enjoying a dinner and it was interrupted by a full party of about 30 - 40 people in the apartment above. So, at this point I called the cops. This was after the Security Guard came down and said yes they are having a party and she said it will be over at midnight. Lol. Completely disregarding the 10pm quiet hours. My family ended up having to leave and I waited for the police. Thankfully, the police responded and the party ended at midnight. There is no doubt if I hadnt called the cops, they wouldve continued much later. I have never been in this type of scenario and was so glad that that was my final weekend in the apartment. I moved out 3 months early and paid two rent for two apartments because the neighbor above was loud and its clear at this point the rental office isnt going to address it. As a tenant that is quiet, pays on time and clean -- I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. The apartments are beautiful, but walls are thin and it will be a NIGHTMARE if you end up with a loud neighbor. On the day of my move out, the rental manager followed the movers and myself as I moved out and watched as we moved boxes from my apartment to the truck. I had to ask him to leave as there was no reason for him to be there. He was making an already stressful day worse. This isnt a normal practice and when I moved in, he nor any of the other leasing people did this. So awkward and weird, maybe he thought I would damage the elevator or steal the hallway decoration. There are so many examples of disperity in treatment among tenants. But a final one ill mention is about a month after moving in I had ONE living room chair being delivered. The movers were stopped and told they had to go to the back. Fine. But, months later a lady moved a an entire bedroom set, mattress and several other items through the front door and she wasnt treated like I was. I stood there and watch not one person in the office stopped her or ask her movers to go to the back. Worse apartment experience ever and so thankful to be away. If you decided to risk it and move here take lots of moving in pics (pay special attention to the carpets they may try to pass that expense to you) and you may need to call the cops on loud neighbors -- because the rental office may not address it for certain tenants. All tenants should have a right to a quiet home.

I must admit I have some bias towards the building since I live there. I had lived downtown about 11 years before I bought a place, I was not going to leave downtwon, so was waiting for an acceptable place before I bought something. I was looking forward bigger building with some of the admenties a larger building has. Mainly, some of the admenties that an apartment building has. I order online a fair amount and like having someone at the front door who can accept packages for me. Widmer cleaners stop by our building each workday and you can get a bag from them and put your dry cleaning bag on the outside of your door and 3 days later if will reappear cleanned downstairs. The night personnel will pick it up from your door. Other people I know downtown refer to Park Place as the downtown suburbs, I understand the comparison, being on 5th street it is still in the heart of downtown, but this area is very quiet compared to the rest of downtown. Also you do not have any other condos/apartmetns directly across from your windows. Another great thing about the building is that it is a very social building. Our Condo owners association even has a social committee. I gained another appreciation of this building when I went on vacation this year with some friends of mine who live in a large condo building in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, they had to get friends of their outside their building to take care of their plants, while they were gone.. I was able to get my next door neighbour to do it and if she had not been available, there was other people in my building who I could have asked.

This was the first apartment that my partner and I lived in together and where we started our small…read morelittle family by getting a fur baby. it was close to walk into the downtown Bellevue area and was also a quick walk to the Kroger's which made life very easy for us. The apartment has a nice gym that we used a couple of times and a nice outdoor patio that we did not use the entire time that we lived there but it was very nice to know we had the option too. Parking was a little difficult for the first couple months we were there because we did not want to pay the extra hundred dollars plus to have an indoor parking space but we ended up finding street parking very easily. But often dealt with many of the neighbors down there that were extremely rude and do not want an apartment building in this area! Rent was reasonable for how close we were to the city but we ended up paying a lot more for just a loft when most people would get a one or two bedroom for what we paid with the rent also increasing yearly! The property managers were very easy to get a hold of at first when we had issues but our favorite person ended up leaving when we had about three months left in our lease. After she left the person that replaced her was not as communicative and we often struggled the last couple months trying to get someone to answer the phone. The only major issues that we really had was in the winter because of the old windows that were so beautiful to look out of were not insulated. The apartment would often drop to the 50° area and we would have ice growing inside of the windows. This did cause our electric and heating bill to go up because we were trying to not freeze and there would be days where we would just try to stay in the loft just so we wouldn't get cold down in the kitchen. There were not many families in the building, this was definitely a younger group of people that resided here and I think for our first apartment when we wanted to be closer to the city this was great for us but now that we have expanded and we need more space it was not fitting for us anymore!
