Ms. Brandon was patient and took the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms, which was vital because we were half delirious after moving ourselves across 4 states. She put us completely at ease. Indeed, I wish every person we ever did business with was just like her. She was pleasant, professional, and sharp as a tack. In a word, she was awesome. I found Amy Erkhardt to be full of promises and not follow through and not correct her mistakes. Do your due diligence as she has no clue about real estate appraisals or she is just a liar. She promised to meet up for lunch and never did. When I told her the title company made a mistake on the legal documents, she blew it off. She recommended using her handy man plumber and when I told her he was ripping me off she blew that off too. Hid it from the owner of Mr. Bobinger. Now I believe she is getting kickbacks on job referrals. In my opinion, Amy is a poor judge of character as she does not have a good moral character or integrity of her own. Be warned and double check her paperwork before you deal with her. Get a real estate attorney and do your own appraisal. Do not use anyone recommended by Amy Erkhardt.
