I let the dr know that I would be having a surgery and didn't want to buy anything to expensive till after the surgery because I will have met my co-pays and deductible (he was recommending very expensive inserts). He sent me with a night splint and a heal cushion that were to large. No sure how he didn't know the items would be to big as he had my feet in his hands. When I called the next day to let them know they were big and they called me back to say they are the smallest that they carry. I tried to use them a couple times but they were just to big. A few weeks later I got a bill for over $300 for the orthopedic things. I was floored. I looked online and the same things on amazon for less the $60 for both and came in a small size. Needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I was kicked in the head-explained it was work comp on phone. Also provided supportive work-comp papers upon arrival. They promised me help but did not help. Those doing my testing were sloppy and unable to find the correct fit for my ear. The pieces kept falling out during testing! I threw up and was told that was "normal." I was told there were odd findings yet the tests were reported as normal and age related. My symptoms new since kicked in face and thrust into wall by a state hospital who deleted the evidence and now decline to treat me, etc. This place only cares about covering themselves and making money. Don't trust this place!!!
