I had to follow up with Wrights after a little mixup in some title paperwork after a move. I spoke to Phil who could not have been friendlier or more patient with my questions. He promised that he would follow up and take care of it with the state and sure enough a couple of days later, Phil called and left a voicemail letting me know that my issue was squared away and apologized for any inconvenience. In today's day and age, the customer service demonstrated by Phil was absolutely phenomenal. The employees of Wright Licensing and insurance are overtly unhelpful, and at times hostile. There were multiple times where i would have been charged for things i should not have been. For example, $100 for a late fee, on paperwork that was not late. When i called this to the clerks attention, i was scoffed at, and then once their she saw i was correct she "blame[d] the long week" (it was Wednesday). Wright's Secretary is awesome, a fun and engaging guy... they have that going for them. The time you will spend waiting in their lobby is ridiculous! i once waited for almost 45 minutes (i waited much longer than that on somebody that sold me a car!
