My old aids were not helping much and I hoped that technology had improved the latest models. There they tested my hearing and recommended a Starkey Genesis AI 12. They set up a pair to address my hearing loss and I tried them out in the office. They seemed to be an improvement over my old aids and I was thrilled. I said that I would like to buy them though their price was approximately $3700.00 dollars. When we were finishing up the technician said he needed to keep my old aids and I asked why. He replied that they donate them to people who need hearing aids but can't afford them. I complied and gave him my old aids. As I made payment I was asked to sign a full page "explanation and receipt". I foolishly signed it without fully reading it. I wore the aids continuously for 16 days and found that they were no more help to me than my previous ones. I called them and made an appointment and took the new aids back. There I was told that they do not accept returns at all and that I should look at the receipt that I had signed. I suggest that anyone reading this shop elsewhere.

Poor Customer Service. Purchased a Starkey sound box for the TV from them. I was told that they…read moredidn't sell many but their customers liked them. I was told to just follow the instructions in the box as they had little hands on experience with setting one up. I attempted to set it up but the written instructions were not very detailed. I was able to get the Starkey tech support phone number from them. The office was then closed for 2.5 weeks over the holidays. I contacted Starkey but was only able to get so far because the provider needed to also do a few things. The Center for Heating neglected to tell me this. Also, I left two messages for the Center. Never returned over the holidays and as of 10 January still not returned. I would never use this office again. I have found another provider of Starkey products and received more service from them in 45 minutes then ever from the Center concerning the Starkey TV box.

Dave's hearing is not normal. He has needed hearing aids in my opinion for several years. We met with Chassity to order the hearing aids and await their arrival. Customer service is excellent here. Chassity called and we made an appointment for hearing aid fitting when Dave's hearing aids arrived. Oticon hearing aids are what he ordered. She spent a good amount of time going through the instructions for wearing hearing aids. She patiently explained hearing aid do's and dont's. Dave made a follow up appointment for any adjustments he might need. He has 60 days to test the hearing aids out. If you need hearing aids, please stop by and meet with the personnel at Physician's Hearing Center. They work hard to ensure you can hear well. 5/5

He was very approachable and I felt that he listened and understood what my problem/ history is and he immediately acknowledged we need a preventative plan for me.
