Each visit the staff and owner was super sweet and helpful. They told me about an asian brand of knives to get over the convenient brand I currently have. We decided once these start to dull we will splurge on those. But its been over 8 months since we last sharpened our knives and they still cut with ease. We usually will get five kitchen knives and two pocket knives sharpened that would cost us around ($55). I'm not sure if that is expensive or not but when considering how long they've remained sharp and the condition they are in I say it's worth the price.

We also rented a large trailer that we were able to use to haul 100 bags of mulch and later a half yard of sand. We finished three landscaping projects within a couple of hours of work with the help of their equipment. All their equipment looks brand new and exceeded our expectations. We had planned on renting from Home Depot in Wylie but they could not get their equipment to start. Thank goodness we found FCI because their equipment was 100 times more efficient. We will definitely use them again for our next yard project.

There was nothing major, but he called me before he did the work with a cost estimate. I really appreciated that. I've taken the machine back 2x since then -- once for Todd to install a pull starter and more recently for him to change the oil and spark plug after the machine's owner (me) put diesel in it instead of gasoline. He took my calls on July 4th to walk through straightening out THAT problem and then took it in a couple of weeks ago for service. He noticed a rear wheel bearing that needed replacing and replaced at a reasonable cost. Todd is honest, friendly, knows Polaris's inside and out and is very reasonable on cost. You can't go wrong with Todd. He'll fix you up and keep you running. He takes calls if you have a problem you want to discuss.
