Ill start off by saying please do your homework before hiring this lawyer. It was the worst…read moreexperience my wife and I has ever had. I didn't do my homework obviously because if I did I would have never in a million years went with this guy. I made my decision on him because of him being a baseball coach for kids baseball. I am a huge sports fan and I seen that he was a coach so like the ass that I am I went with him. If he coaches anything like his attorney skills, I really feel sorry for those kids and the little league baseball. This 5.5 year experience that my wife and I went through felt like it would never end. From his incompetence to the women who answers his phone and what she puts you through not knowing if shes coming or going. Your better off jumping off the raritan river bridge at this point. We were on a 5 year payment installment plan and every year the payments went higher and higher. The 5 years was a nightmare from hell with him. So now that the 5 years is now over and my wife and I figured we were finally able to go on with our lives he hits us with a $21,700 bill for his service. Now mind you HE was part of that 5 year payment plan. Now all of a sudden at the end this guy wants more!!! He turns around and demands the $21,700 be paid immediately. Ok now we just got out of bankruptcy and our lawyer had just put us right back into bankruptcy. He contacts the courts and has them garnish my wife's bi-weekly check $700 a check. That's $1,400 a month. More then what our payments were when we were paying the bankruptcy monthly installments. Now my wife is the only one working during this time because I had suffered a heart attack and needed surgery, so I was unable to work for a long period time. During this time a was in a major automobile accident were i was cut off head on, with my daughter in the passenger seat. We both suffered major injuries to our back and neck areas. My daughter and I both had to have cervical fusion and had plates and screws inserted in our cervical spine. We also suffered herniated discs in the lower and mid back areas. My daughter who is alot younger then me was able to recover and go back to work, thank god! But as far as myself I am still unable to work with my health conditions. I am 57 years old and my future as being the bread winner of my household is now gone. So now thanks to this lawyer, my wife and I are now back into debt for over $21,700 that we got hit with from this man. Please don't be stupid like i was. Do your homework!
