I was hesitant to call them at first because they did not have one single review on Yelp. However, on Google, they have well over 300-5 star reviews. With that being said, I called them on a Friday morning. They picked up within a couple of rings. They were actually going to send someone out to my place to evaluate my roof damage that day. Unfortunately, I was not available. So they came out on Saturday. They gave me two fair quote options. The first was they could repair it immediately, but the shingles would not 100% match. Option 2, delayed repair but with exact match shingles. I went with option two which was to get an exact match. They told me that they would need a day to find the exact match. Sunday night, I received a text that they would be out Monday afternoon to repair my roof. Unbelievably, I received a text Monday morning, telling me that they would actually be out a little sooner cause they were ahead of schedule. After a short while they sent me a text letting me know the repair was finished. My wife sent me some pictures and their work is flawless. The shingles are perfect match, and that area looks like it was totally unscathed. I am especially thankful for Nathalya who texted me with updates along the way and kept me informed at all times. Alex who gave me a very detailed inspection and professional opinion. I have owned my home for almost 2 years and have invested several thousand dollars trying to bring it into codes all the while being mocked and ridiculed by the builder because I was pointing out the flaws. From the electrician to the plumber to the painters and finishers they fell way short of what quality work is supposed to look and feel like. The only sub that got it right in my book is the HVAC contractor and he went out of his way to make sure my house was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Shout out to Claud Heating and air conditioning. Everyone else involved in the build should have all their licenses revoked and be banned from ever being allowed to build much less sell another one of these houses. Good luck if you screwed up and bought a celebration home. The Carpet Den in Franklin,Tn. can't spell LVP much less lay it. The plumbing contractor wouldn't know how to lay a shower pan if he had a YouTube video to help and the electrician, oh my the electrician, I am betting they get electrocuted a lot on the job site. Timberland cabinets really needs classes on how to mount cabinets before they are allowed to quote another job seeing how I had to add blocking in because my cabinets were falling off the wall and they wanted to argue with me. New roof and a great roof over the 20 x 25 patio about three years ago. Mark Gilliday was our estimator and our project manager. On site most every day and the days he wasn't he called to let me know - plus I know enough about construction and code to be comfortable if he had to step away for a bit. When he initially bid he even put the CAD drawing out for us (ha even put in a shade line so we could see how it would fall). Made a GREAT suggestion on the roof line to add light and visibility. They were not the cheapest, but not high by much. Close enough to run with someone I felt comfortable with. This is the first time in my 30 years of owning several homes I've ever let anyone do improvements - because I know how to do them and too many contractors out there do not. or if they do they won't do whats right. We are now getting closer to closing in the patio area for a 4 seasons sunroom and i'm about to call.

I never heard back from them until I called then back because my house had a small leak that discolored the ceiling. When I called them back they said that they got really busy and left me hanging. If they had done what they said I would have had less damage to my property. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS especially if it is a small job because they will pass you over for another job even if you are scheduled.
