I finally called and spoke with Gary--super helpful guy--and he quickly sent one of his employees over. I was expecting a quick 10-minute mow, but wow, was I wrong. The worker was incredibly thorough--weed whacked around the entire perimeter and left the yard looking amazing. I was blown away by the quality of work and even more impressed that it was totally within my budget (and trust me, I'm still living on pre-Covid prices!). My wife and I have decided to stick with them for ongoing backyard care. No more risking my back--these guys are just a phone call away. Blaze said when he stood on the section it didn't feel right and when the old roof came off we discovered why. The fix was not overly costly. Mostly just the cost of the extra wood and bracing. My roof is beautiful and was done in a day. They covered plants and were careful. All workers were very polite. When they were finished they did a sweep with a long magnet for any nails and then broom swept the drive and walkway. I highly recommend them.

When I called Superior Shine, they sent out their manager the next day to look at the job in person, then sent a written quote the day after that, and got me on their schedule as soon as I accepted the quote. Sure enough, first thing the next morning I got a call from Spencer, one of the four young men who came to work on the house, and he accurately predicted they would be to my house within 45 minutes.
