For some reason though, they let me in the first time despite being under age. The process seemed very unorganized and I left with very yellow roots. When I got home I had to wash my hair again because there was so much product left over that when I ran my fingers through they would get powdery. When I finally had time the call back (my appt was 2 days before Christmas and I was traveling) they told me they would do my hair again, yay, cool, I was fine with this.
