Dr Longstreet has been my PCP for about a year. I read some not so great reviews of her online, but…read moreI really like DO's and she takes my insurance, so I figured I would give her a try. My boyfriend sees Dr Wunder in the same office and really likes him, so I thought why not...half the battle is office staff and I knew that would be ok at least. When I first met her, I loved her! I quickly found out why she got some negative reviews - she is a little dry and sarcastic. Some might take offense to this. I think she is hysterical. I have seen Dr Longstreet 3x and all 3 she has listened to me and has been open minded. No issues with medication changes or refill requests. I felt like she took the time to hear me out and took my opinions into consideration. I don't expect a PCP to know everything, they just need to be willing to find someone who does and admit they don't always have all the answers. As mentioned before, the office staff is good too. It's a fairly large practice, but someone has always gotten back to me quickly and is always friendly. No issues with billing or scheduling either. No long waits at the office or lab so far. Would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Longstreet is the best!…read more In a time where doctors are notorious for rushing patients in and out as fast as possible, Dr. Longstreet is a breath of fresh air. Rather than just treating my symptoms, she took the time to talk to me about my lifestyle and environment so that she could provide guidance on preventative care measures as well. This holistic approach is exactly why I prefer to see D.O.'s. Strongly recommend.

Some docs spend 2 minutes with you, and you don't feel like they have addressed your concerns. However, I feel that Dr. Arno was really patient and asked me a lot of questions. IF you ever get to see the provider, the drs are phenomenal. We have been going here for years…read more However, getting ahold of anyone, and online apts are virtually impossible. When we finally get seen in office, the drs are super knowledgeable! But the experience prior and after are very frustrating. Today I had a virtual apt scheduled for 2:40, it is 3:26 currently. I've tried calling, sending an email and using the app- have not gotten ahold of anyone. The communication unfortunately is absolutely not good :/ Drs knowledge- 100%, everything else.... 20%

Booked first appt after birth with ease. Every step of the way after that has been difficult & unprofessional. They never answer the phones. I'm not being dramatic, not once in eight months have I been able to get anyone on the phone. They advise to book within the portal. ANYTIME I submit a request, it's a delayed response. 8 days ago, I called, no answer. Sent a portal message explaining it was an urgent medical matter that I felt she needed seen for that day. The contacted me back today, 8 days later. I 10/10 do not recommend. If you prefer a more holistic approach with peds that don't push vaccinations, there are other much better offices than this.

I have been to so many doctors for so many different things that I feel like a pro when it comes to opinions. I also worked in a major hospital for 19 yrs as a Certified, Registered Respiratory Therapist. That has given me great insight on doctors. If not for my 3 strokes and 5 mini strokes I would still be working. I'll be the first to tell you to never give up in hard times because God has a plan to help you through and there's something even better ahead. If not for those hard times I wouldn't have met Dr. Guill. He is a great Doctor and I highly recommend him and those who work with him!
