Scam Artists: Central Florida Gutters Jacob Schaper and Robbie Schaper…read more STRONGLY caution anyone considering gutters to stay away from Central Florida Gutters! After taking over half the payment and missing three start dates, they finally removed our gutters--then disappeared. What followed was more no-shows, empty promises, and every chance to fix it ignored. Excuses ranged from being evicted from their shop to leaving their phone at home while traveling to Jax for court appearances! We were left with no gutters and no refund $! Communication became inconsistent at best, nonexistent at worst. It's unacceptable to take a customer's money then abandon it without accountability! We would NOT recommend this company to anyone! WKL Roofing came to the rescue ... wonderful customer service and solid work!

Their service is friendly and professional; always on time, courteous and willing to explain what they are doing and why. Mike Self did an amazing job building our home. I can not say enough amazing things about Mike Self…read moreand MS Design and Construction. My husband and I were trying to build a house and encountered a contractor who started the home build, took our money, and never finished or performed the service properly. We then fired the contractor and hired Mike Self. He was an immediate breath of fresh air. He was on time, honest, and did exactly what he proposed in his contract. His price is detailed in the contract and allowed us to easily understand the cost for each part of the build. He had to overcome many hurdles from the previous contractor in order to build our home and he was absolutely amazing! It was quite a process due to the previous contractor but Mike remained dedicated and persevered. Our new home is beautiful and we can not thank Mike enough. We highly recommend calling MS Design and Construction if you want a contractor you can trust that will deliver a beautifully crafted home.

If you need your patio, porch, balcony, or pool screened in, All My Sons Aluminum is the company…read morethat you need for the job. They are a local family operated company out of Geneva, so all the more reason to support them! I've been contemplating on getting my balcony screened in and called several companies for quotes. They were all quite costly for what I wanted in my opinion. My friend told me about this company and how they were the most affordable screen place she found when she was getting her patio screened in. The process was pretty easy and the office manager Michelle was awesome! She was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable! Other companies I reached out to were charging at least several hundred dollars more than what this company quoted me. I definitely recommend using All My Sons Aluminum if you need screeners. They were so great to work with and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.
