Kudos for Ruben Cortina of Advantage Pressure Washing…read more We selected Ruben at Advantage Pressure Washing after checking reviews and asking around. To cut to the chase, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ruben's work, with his knowledge and professionalism, and his friendliness throughout the job. Our rating is 5-stars, a definite keeper; we will call him again next time. The list of work at our home included the front sidewalk and curb, a large tile patio, patio screens, backyard PVC fence, eaves and fascia, and stepping stones through the yard. Ruben gave us a written estimate up front and stuck to the fair price. He completed all of the work on the same day, as promised. The white PVC fence is now so bright it is hard to stare at it in the sunshine. Thumbs up for Advantage Pressure Washing.

Ruben with Advantage Pressure Washing is the BEST! That is why we keep requesting him over and…read moreover. When I had a brick home, Ruben pressure washed it so I didn't even recognize it. He made it look new. He has since washed the pool screen because of the algae build up a few years ago and this time we asked him to do the whole house. He made it look like it was just painted, taking away eight years of outside wear. He is consciencious, making sure my plants were wet down first so the product he was using did not affect them. Then afterwards he re-wet my plants to make sure they were safe. One of the main things I like about him is his ATTENTION TO DETAIL. He washed not only the walls, but also has a machine to scrub the travertine around the pool. This was unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Ruben Cortina is the ONLY ONE I would call. I am recommending him to everyone who needs pressure washing done right.

We have lived in this house for 45 years and Shane was the best pressure cleaner we have ever had by far! He worked for hours non-stop and got everything incredibly clean. I called this number and in two days, this fella (Josh) came out and treated me like I was his brother from another mother. He did such a fantastic job, I was actually pretty amazed. The sidewalk looked like it was freshly poured concrete and the fence (as dirty as it was) looked great (knowing that oxidation can't be washed off) for it's 10 year condition. I would highly recommend Joshua Lugo - his prices are very competitive too! He's my pressure washer dude now.

Scam Artists: Central Florida Gutters Jacob Schaper and Robbie Schaper…read more STRONGLY caution anyone considering gutters to stay away from Central Florida Gutters! After taking over half the payment and missing three start dates, they finally removed our gutters--then disappeared. What followed was more no-shows, empty promises, and every chance to fix it ignored. Excuses ranged from being evicted from their shop to leaving their phone at home while traveling to Jax for court appearances! We were left with no gutters and no refund $! Communication became inconsistent at best, nonexistent at worst. It's unacceptable to take a customer's money then abandon it without accountability! We would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
