The level of dedication and service was very high here. Derek came out to look at my things and gave me an estimate on the spot. So, he came out at 9:30 PM on a Friday night, and provided me an estimate within 15 minutes of being here. I decided to try and handle the move among friends, and went in a different direction. However, this is a small business that should be lauded for their quick response, aggressiveness in securing business, and customer support. I would ask people to give this company a shot. They are trying to support the community. I would ask you support them! Thank you Derek for your time and efforts!

Anthony, I can assure you that you do not want to go back-and-forth with me about this. The…read moregreatest thing that you could've done was simply acknowledged how unprofessional your business was, apologized and acknowledge that this was not your best work. But instead, you choose to justify and add completely untruth statements about what occurred, especially regarding the service I purchased versus the service you rendered.. I advised you that I was doing a full two bedroom home move, and what I had to move was significantly less than that. You weren't there to witness the absolute chaos . As a you called after the 3 hours delay in response to my threat to cancel to offer an apology, I'm unclear as to why you are now trying to resend that in an effort to cover your unprofessionalism. At any rate, you are miserable, your company is unprofessional, and sadly you appear to be biting off of the good name of J. I. T. (Just In Time Movers) who I undoubtedly thought I was getting, but ended up with your unscrupulous and unprofessional company. At the very least, ensure that you are present before you start defending behaviors and actions that you were not present for, but clearly felt compelled initially on the phone to apologize for. Sadly, you have not addressed what was stated with regards to my GRANDSON having to assist and being expected to, the unprofessional conduct of your staff and your children running amuck throughout my house as child laborers. Additionally, my daughter said almost nothing to anyone because she was so irritated and disgusted with the entire process. I'm just glad that this experience is in the past for me, however I STRONGLY SUGGEST that future potential clients look at the pictures that reflect what was my horrible reality . I'm sure they say 1000 more words than I ever could. It's sad that you can't just accept that this was an absolute disaster and acknowledge that YOU WILL DO BETTER TO SHOW UP PROFESSIONALLY with and for future customers. ***Your response is a COMPLETE FABRICATION... And who breaks their own fully functional furniture in anticipation of having to write a negative review. PLEASE take the time to address what I demonstrated proof of, not make up lies to deflect from the truth. Now go get yourself a life, a business license, liability insurance and some integrity to go with YOUR DISHONEST business practices. Instead of harassing me about telling the truth, GO HARASS your employees to be professional and respectful of customer's homes and property. EVEN YELP STATED THEY SUSPECT YOUR PREVIOUS POSITIVE REVIEWS WERE WRITTEN BY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. SEE THEIR STATEMENT! ! YOU' VE PROVEN MY POINT...

They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless.
