It is rare that a company gives so few F!$@'s about their customers and remain in business. Apathy as a business model.... Internet? Always down. Customer service? Non existent from whatever 3rd world country they've outsourced their call center to. Prompt billing? Absolutely. I wish I could give fewer stars. Services not bad l only had about two outages over the one year. Customer service is terrible , no one is rude but all seem to lack knowledge and transfer you multiple times l've sat on the phone for over an hour being transferred repeatedly. Services are also EXPENSIVE. read more
