Neither of us felt like our therapists were particularly skilled or well-trained, and the massages lacked the technique and attention to detail we were hoping for- especially considering the price point and the wellness-focused atmosphere. The space itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the quality of the actual treatments just didn't match the environment. We left feeling disappointed and wishing we had chosen another spa. Overall, it wasn't our favorite experience, and we probably wouldn't return.

While they treat us like royalty at first, it soon became obvious that they rush you to sign up for their yearly membership, upsell on services and does not offer good quality treatments. I mostly did micro needling, which I think was decent. The most painful micro needling as the numbing cream didn't help. But their hydra facials feel off, a different aesthetician said it's an off brand facial and not a real hydra facial. Overpriced. It's McDonald's level treatment but they charge Wolfgang Puck prices.

I paid $60 for a 30-minute session, and instead of concentrating on my shoulders, most of the session involved stepping and wrestling across my entire body. I already paid for the service and did not appreciate being harassed in the parking lot for additional money, especially after my requests were ignored the entire time. This store still has cute plushies and Asian cosmetics and skin care products. Last time, I got a Cony hairband and joined their rewards program. This time, I escaped without spending any money... yay! Service was okay. The gals were busy unpacking boxes and setting out the new merchandise. When we got closer to the cash register, we were asked if we were ready. We thanked them and left with a renewed sense of happiness from looking at kawaii items!
