He had demos and was able to clearly walk us through our options. We chose to replace the whole roof and we received a very fair price and a guaranteed work. The work was to start a few weeks out, I was happy to not have to call or check in to make sure if they were going to show up. Emillio communicated clearly and the work started as planned. I have to also put in good words for his choice of workers, he has a good team of workers. All of them respectful and diligent, they started right away and impressively worked til nearly the sunset! Returned with his wife and teen son. Our only conclusion was that the teen son did the painting as evidenced by pictures. Did ABSOLUTELY NO PREP! Nail holes were not filled. Did not remove switch plates. Did not remove picture hangers or wall anchors. Did not ask questions about what to remove. Painted a wall (twice) that he was asked not to paint. Claimed (twice) that he had fixed all issues about which we expressed dissatisfaction. He cleaned up only things he thought we could see. Pictures attached to this review are the AFTER pictures. AFTER he had fixed ALL problems. We will be filling a complaint with the CCB.

Even if you already have another roofer in mind, it's absolutely worth your time to get a quote from Moon Roofing for comparison. In April 2025, our offer on a house in South Salem was accepted. During the inspection, it was clear the roof needed to be replaced. Our real estate agent referred us to a roofer he knew, but I wanted a second opinion. After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to reach out to Moon Roofing. From my first call, the experience was impressive. Ariana answered the phone right away. I explained our situation and the urgency, and she promised to follow up within a couple of hours. Less than an hour later, she let me know that Armando would be stopping by that evening to inspect the roof, and that I'd have a quote the next day. Sure enough, the quote arrived early the next morning. The roofer referred by our agent also came out and provided a quote. Both companies quoted the same product (IKO Dynasty), and their prices were competitive with each other. After we closed in June, we asked both companies to re-quote the project using a higher-end material--Malarkey Windsor architectural shingles. Moon Roofing's updated quote was less than the other roofer's updated quote. The Malarkey shingles were special order and had about a two-week lead time. Armando managed to get the product in and installed just under that timeframe. He also replaced sixteen sheets of plywood and installed a new skylight, all for a very reasonable additional cost. We are thrilled with the final result and so glad we chose Moon Roofing. The quality, service, and value exceeded our expectations.

I wanted a cabinet that would allow a couple of drawers to be pulled out for pots, pans and lids. I couldn't find any online or local kits that would fit. I talked to several different cabinet companies and unless I replaced the whole section they didn't do custom. Since I already had new countertops installed, I wasn't in a position to replace the entire cabinet. I finally found John Reynolds through Google Reviews, Reynolds Custom Cabinetry and he was able to get the job done. He was incredible! Please look at the pictures to see how snug fit the cabinet is. We still are in the process of getting them refinished so please don't judge it based on that. But he was professional, polite, punctual, informative, and I just can't recommend him highly enough. He even gave my husband and I a tour of his workshop and it's incredible what he can do. He will literally build from a sheet of wood, he cuts everything down, miters everything himself, only uses the best hardware, he builds things to last generations. So if you're looking for something cheap, then go to IKEA. But if you want something durable and with awesome craftsmanship go with John Reynolds company Reynolds Custom Cabinetry.

I made an appointment for a quote on a large bathroom vanity & a long laundry counter, with cabinets above and drawers below. Something odd happened. Something that did not happen much the last time we did renovations... He was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, fair and honest. The quotes came just under my target price, so I engaged him for this project. And again, he was on time for the construction phase, had few sidetracks, during an extremely busy time for him personally, and was happy to turn my ideas into a reality. The cabinets are extremely well built, and look and work beautifully. The latest soft close hardware, and expert hands turned this gorgeous Alder wood into some superior looking, and home value elevating, works of cabinet artistry. From the start, to the end results, I am impressed by John Reynolds. So before he gets really busy again, I am now in the middle of having him redo our entire kitchen & walk in pantry... which is also on target for the cost budget, and moving at a quick pace. Everything, including countertops, will be finished and installed a week or so after New Years... and that's with 2 big holidays and a night of Partying the New Year in, in between. Ryan responded immediately and was able to give me a quote over the phone after I sent him pictures of the project. He squeezed us in right away and communicated promptly about everything. He also did a couple other repairs at no charge. I wanted a very smooth finish for the fireplace but not many dry wall people know how to do that so it looks right. Ryan's work is just amazing and I could quickly see that he had the skills to give me the look I wanted. He is absolutely passionate about drywall and clearly takes tremendous pride in his work. This is the ninth house we've remodeled and Ryan is the best dry wall guy I've ever known. The fireplace is GORGEOUS. I highly recommend this company!!!
