The explanation was that there are more expensive cars in this zip code, which would require expensive parts, in the event of an accident. On the driving app, it takes the data received to formulate a "discount." On the hard brakes, this would be done, in order to prevent an accident from happening. It's unfortunate that as the Driver, this isn't taken into account. On the 215 Freeway, people drive either too fast or too slow, there is no "in between". I am going to drive defensively. I am going to drive in order to prevent an accident; that is first and foremost. Yes, I am saying that there are flaws to this system.

No food, no water, eventually cell phone battery died after 6 hours its 115 degress outside. A police officer was kind enough to take me to the nearest gas station for water. If it wasnt for family members yelling and screaming at state farm i would have never seen a tow truck. I felt alone, abandoned, and unsafe. State farm only allows 30 miles for roadside assistance. Family had to come get me because the tow truck driver couldn't get me home nor my vehicle unless I paid out of pocket of $1000 state farm goes out of its way to find the cheapest tow company. They do not care for your safety nor well being.
