I actually love this place. I grew up going to an old world barber in Washington DC and this feels very much the same. Couches and a TV in the waiting area and drinks In the mini fridge. Hot face towels, neck shave and forehead massage to top off a great haircut. The only negative is they feel a little rushed when people start to pour in and the quality of haircut is inconsistent. Tamar cares about each one of his customers. I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 and he was running a little behind. I usually go on my lunch break which doesn't allow for much leisure when it comes to time. As I started to head out the door Tamar asked me to just wait one more minute and he will give me a free haircut so I waited. After the haircut I insisted on paying because it is the gesture that matters to me and not the actual spare of money. I wanted to support his business. He was so kind and patient with answering my list of questions regarding social distancing, sanitizing, masks, etc He spoke with compassion when I expressed concerns about bringing my elderly father out during the pandemic. I went with my husband today for his cut. Seeing this barbershop in person only emphasized everything Tamar had told me on the phone. Everything was clean, masks were worn and things were sanitized. When my dad saw my husband's haircut & heard him rave, my dad said he wanted to go! For all the good that happened today I most appreciated Tamar's kindness. The place has just the right mix of old-fashioned barbershop staples and renovated amenities to make it comfortable, but not dingy. The couches and free soda or coffee while you wait are a nice touch. The standard haircut includes a straight razor finish with hot shaving cream, a menthol hot towel wrap, and a quick shoulder rub down. I've been a customer for over a year now and I had an appointment tonight for 5:30 and when I walk in they had just set a walk-in in my spot for my appointment that is unacceptable I sat there for 30 minutes without anybody saying a word to me so I got up and left you have lost a customer. When I make an appointment I expect it to be kept. When people have appointments with me I keep them that's how you keep business going. I have a Christmas party to attend at 7 so making my appointment at 5:30 would have given me enough time to get my haircut go home get dressed so I can get to the party. OUT OF TOWNER. Recommend Derek! I'll start by saying I'm very meticulous about my beard, seeing as I'm pretty much balding on the top of my head, my beard is my pride and joy of manliness. Due to that I hate having to go to random barbers when I'm traveling. Well, today I did, Thus the review begins. This morning I went to a barber shop with great reviews, I left with a beard that looked like it got hit by a 6 year old with a buzzer in one hand and a juice box in the other. I was furious, and had to fix it. I found World Class Barber Shop a few minutes after leaving the first barber and drove straight to them. I was met by the owner Tamer who greeted me immediately, offering coffee and refreshments. Derek is the barber who did the major beard repair. He was given a disaster and turned it into the picasso of beards. He took his time to listen to what I didn't like (even though it was apparent where the first one jacked it up) and he corrected it. Overall these guys know what they are doing, and now every time I am in town I will not hesitate to go to these guys. Beard repair, with a hot towel and straight edge, your looking like a million bucks. Interior: very clean and professional!! Ornate wooden stalls servicing the barbers as their station. I've been here twice. I came in the first time because the shop is so close to my house. I enjoyed talking to the owner and was amazed that he built his own cabinets for the shop. The hair cut was great and he listened very well to get it just the way I liked it. I also enjoyed the hot neck shave. The barber was very nice. I went in and service was really nice but the high quality or haircut wasn't on par with the service. I recommend that if you're 30 or younger maybe even 40 or younger, this isn't a place to go. They try their best to give the style you want but aren't very good at it. I tried this place because I believed that they will achieve the style I truly desire. The previous place was very close but I thought why not give this place a shot. Basically the barber tried but went on a new path from the style I wanted. But at least he tried. However, the main thing is that when I got home, I realized my sideburns were completely mismatched in size. One was way longer than the other. How can I go to a barber of the sideburns can't be even? I suggest to try elsewhere if you want to try a different style or anything. read more

I never give a review unless I think it's worth it. My boys have been going to another barber shop in alpharetta in which I wasn't too happy with. They were never friendly, they cut your hair and out the door you go. A little expensive too. Looking for another place to take the boys, I came across with World Class Barber Shop. I read all the positive reviews,so I took a chance. I called WCB shop and ask if I needed an appointment, they were very friendly and pleasant. I took both boys to the barber and as soon as we walked in, they were very friendly, offer us drinks and coffee. They also have a pretty good size TV and KID friendly. The boys (15 and 11) were very comfortable, it felt like we were going there for many years. The place is very clean. The owner was very nice. He ask me and my sons how they wanted their hair cuts. He did not rush us out of there. I couldn't believe we were there for the VERY first time , and we were very pleased. I didn't get the other guy's name but I have to say he was very nice too and did a great job with my other son hair cut. So if ANYONE out there is looking for a friendly barber to listen to your needs this is the place to go. The price is so reasonable too. YOU will get a very nice hair cut for the right price!!
