All children were listed as unaccompanied minors, even if their parent was traveling as a chaperone, making checking in very difficult and stressful. They also never told us that upon arrival we should be checking in directly with an attendant, as they should have our boarding passes preprinted for us, which would have saved over two hours of time at the kiosks. When the return flight was delayed and we had questions, the person assisting us was dismissive and stated 'they can help you more when you get there, so you'll have to wait'. Unless improvements are made to customer service, I would not recommend this company for group travel, especially with minors, as nearly every step of the travel process was made more difficult.

EXCELLENT TRIP TO GERMANY, SWITZERLAND & AUSTRIA…read more========================== My husband and I booked the eleven day itinerary, but added one day to the beginning and two days to the end. Their website describes the day by day activities and hotels, so you can see the list there. I liked about half of the hotels, but some I would not stay in again like the Hilton in Central Munich, Germany. The breakfast was awful in my opinion and the one dinner wasn't that much better. Our room was alright, but the refrigerator didn't work. They brought an extra one that took up space on the floor. Since Gate 1 books your hotels you don't have control over their hotel choices. Our room at the Hyatt in Mainz smelled like mold, but the hotel kindly switched that room for us. I think my favorite hotel was the AC Marriott in Innsbruck. The food, rooms and location were great. Nadine Sandranowsky was our tour director for our small group of 24. She was great and always did a great job from start to beginning. I would recommend Gate 1 Travel as you do get more bang for your buck.

Had to drop my car off at a service station in Lawrenceville and this cab service seemed ideal…read morebased on the location and the fact they they take calls 24 hours a day (Yelp says 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM but other business listings say 24 hours). The first two numbers yielded no response, but their 800 line worked, not sure what the deal there was. We had to go from Lawrenceville to Hamilton, the dispatcher (who was also our driver) said the cab would be there in 20 minutes, and the cab was there in exactly 20 minutes. Driver was very polite, friendly, and well-spoken. The car was very clean and comfortable. He didn't need directions or a GPS, knew my street off the top of his head and took the shortest route, so he's clearly very familiar with the area. Fare was $25 flat rate which is extremely reasonable considering i have paid that much for other cabs for a much shorter trip. I don't know anything about their scheduled services but I would highly recommend United One if you need a cab on the spot. Friendly, cheap, and fast. Their toll-free number is 800-820-0785, Yelp doesn't have fields for more than one phone number.
