It was stressful, complicated, and dragged on for three full years. During all that time they stood by me every single step of the way. Their kindness, their steadfast support, and the way they explained every detail so clearly made me feel truly taken care of. In a world full of hidden agendas they were the exact opposite: transparent, thoughtful, and dedicated to advocating for me. Thanks to their work we settled. I finally feel like I can breathe for the first time in three years. I am forever grateful that they took on my case and provided calm guidance during one of the most stressful experiences of my life. If you need someone who will fight for you and treat you with empathy while doing it, this is your team.

After explaining the nuances of my case, they were willing to take on a situation that was more complicated than a typical case and still treated it with care, patience, and professionalism. Legal situations are stressful enough on their own, and there were many moments where I felt overwhelmed, but their office consistently communicated with me, answered my questions, and helped me understand what was happening without making me feel dismissed or rushed. Mr. Levin was thoughtful, responsive, and detail oriented throughout the process. I always felt that my concerns were being taken seriously. The firm ultimately helped negotiate a resolution that settled the matter, which was a huge relief for me. I know every case is different, but from my experience, this is a firm that genuinely advocates for its clients and is willing to put in the work even when a matter is not simple or straightforward. I'm very grateful for their help.

After ultimately making the decision to quit, I knew I needed guidance and reached out for legal support. A close friend strongly recommended this firm, and I am so grateful that I took their advice. From the very beginning, the attorney was patient, compassionate, and thorough. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made it easy to understand my options. I never felt pressured. Instead, I felt informed and empowered to make the decisions that were right for me. Communication was excellent throughout the entire case. I was assigned a case manager who was always available to discuss details and answer questions, which made the process feel organized and manageable. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could easily reach someone whenever I needed clarification or support. In the end, I am very satisfied with the outcome. More importantly, I feel relieved and finally able to move forward. I am truly grateful for the professionalism, guidance, and support I received. I made the mistake of not checking the California state bar and he's been suspended in august 14, 2020 and wasn't able to practice law in California as well as a disciplinary charge in October 15, 2019.. I wonder why? needless To say If he's representing you and you're unsure of his conduct? report him to the California state bar! More people need to know about this and I encourage you to inform yourself about the California state bar and Arbitration Fees so you won't get overcharged and overlooked! This firm has no interest in hearing you or helping you, you're better off alone if that's the case. They just want to pocket your money and disregard your needs. They lack highly in communication, replying back to you, answering your questions, asking for your client file, retainer agreement, they don't keep up with You when they push court dates etc. There's nothing "confusing or puzzling " about these comments prior to me, they know what they're doing wrong and on purpose & they're definitely not sorry to hear about any of this. I respectfully reject the characterization that this individual was dishonest. What actually…read moreoccurred was a client seeking your help, who did not fully understand the legal process and turned to you for guidance. Rather than receiving the professional support and clarification they were entitled to, they were met with berating and condescension--conduct that is both unprofessional and lacking in empathy. This client followed your instructions by submitting multiple files and evidence in support of their claim. At no point were they ever informed that any of this information was inaccurate, unsubstantiated, or otherwise deficient. Their repeated attempts to contact you were not evasive or misleading, but rather efforts to ensure you had every piece of information necessary. Further, you specifically stated that the case was being dropped due to "communication mismatches and expectations," not because of any lack of merit in the claim itself. That distinction is important, as it directly contradicts the suggestion that the client was dishonest or without grounds. It is also entirely incorrect and presumptuous to suggest that this is an alias. I am a real person, and unlike the manner in which you responded, I approach people who seek help with the empathy and respect they deserve.
