The crew that came out to install our new system, walked me through what they were doing and why. They worked efficiently and seemed to really enjoy what they do. They were so knowledgeable in their trade that I trusted them in my home. They were so very friendly, that my dog, who likes nobody, was picking them all by the time the job was finished. Angel never appeared at the property on the scheduled time and date. Angel never called to cancel or reschedule. I called Angel and email Angel multiple times to determine the reasoning. It was only 6 days later I was able to reach him. Angel stated that he "didn't want to do it" and they are "too busy" for additional work. This is very unprofessional. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his lack of communication and disrespect for the homeowner who waited for him to arrive.
