Equipment is not maintained. Set two messages to their web site with not reply, nor was equipment fixed. Cancelled membership with with zero questions as to why. The Gal as the front desk wasn't friendly when we signed up, nor when we cancelled (didn't seem to care). Spent a few weeks in Boise recently visiting my brother who is a member at this gym and loves it. Low-key, quality staff, clean equipment and access 24 hrs. I was able to train for a week with Jess, the owner and she is amazing! It's been a long hot minute since I stepped into an actual gym and Jess was so kind, considerate and motivating. She walked me through each piece of equipment suitable for what my goals are, modified accordingly to injuries and limits and had me on a program each day that really helped set the ball in motion. So thankful for people like Jess! Zero judgement which is also a tough find these days. Ladies, if you're anything like me - over worked, fragile and pressed on time - AND you live in Boise near Jess - go get your workout on with her. The owners are wonderful to work with and love their guidance when I ask for help, love the people attending and have created a friendly community that keeps me coming back for accountability. I always feel it's well kept and extremely clean and it's been a safe place for me to get back into a routine where I feel comfortable. Great local fitness club. Very clean. High quality equipment. I've been going for 2 years and have made huge gains. The owners are very knowledgeable and have supported me the entire time with answers to training questions ideas to improve my workouts. Beware. These franchise owners will nickel and dime you over a billing mistake and send their creditors after you. The facility is mid, standard workout equipment, nothing fancy. My real problem with these franchisees is the lack of compassion/understanding and lack of customer service. I made a simple billing mistake based off of a "trial" membership and I was not aware I was even a member at the time. I paid membership fees for years without using their facility on top of workout anytime sending their creditors after me for this mistake. Now, you would think after paying a membership for years the franchise owners would show some compassion and simply eat the overdue fees + late fees but no. No compassion for their customers and some shady sales tactics for people who sign up for memberships. read more

From the day I joined, the staff here has been cheerful, personable, & helpful. Scott, the owner/manager, was extremely helpful setting me up with the right program for me. The gym is extremely clean & well-maintained. I guess it helps that every piece of extensive equipment is brand new! The gym is more spacious than the last 2 that I've had a membership with. Not sure if it's because they haven't been opened very long, but it's never crowded at all & there is a huge amount of equipment, both free weights & fixed machines. Another feature I love is that, although the membership fees are very low, unlike so many of the other $20/month gyms in the area, there is most often an employee their at the desk to help you with questions & suggestions. Their location is a plus because there is plenty of parking & lots of places to eat after your workout. read more

If you're looking for a super clean gym (I mean REALLY clean), top notch equipment and some really friendly folks this is your gym. I love it here. I've been going to gyms for over 20 years and this is by far the best gym I've been to. Even for a smaller gym they have all the equipment you could ever want. I'm still yet to find an exercise I can't do. Plus, they have tons of cardio options. This place is TOP NOTCH!!! read more
