If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm very disappointed with not only the way this store is ran,…read morebut also how corporate handles issues. I went into the store and just wanted to sign up for one month of tanning, the gal that worked there proceeded to pressure me and talk so much to me about how much better a one year membership is. She went on and on for so long that finally I felt so pressured that I just agreed to the one year thinking ok good I can get going, but no, then she started trying to sell me on their skin care and tanning lotions. People kept coming in to tan and she would make them wait while she explained the skincare to me. I told her I wasn't interested in the skincare, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. I finally had to get pretty stern with her and she finally quit trying to sell me the products. That same evening I was telling my husband what happened and he got upset and told me I should cancel and I agreed with him. I felt so pressured into this one year membership. I called the very next morning, less than 24 hours after joining and asked to cancel and the corporate people told me they do not refund prepaid memberships. So ok, I'll move on and keep tanning. Fast forward a couple months and I forgot my eye protection in the room after one of my sessions. I realized it about 15 minutes later so I called and they told me they couldn't patch me through to the actual store but that company policy is that they will hold onto my eye protection. So I went in the next morning and the same rude girl told me no, that's unsanitary we do not hold on to eye protection. I called corporate again trying to cancel because I'm just so unhappy with how this store is ran and again they told me no. Just don't waste your time here. This company is horrible! And please, corporate, do not comment on my comment saying how sorry you are about my experience. If you're truly sorry, you will let me cancel my membership! Otherwise do not comment on this comment because you don't really care you would just be lying.

They always smile, wave, and say goodbye when I'm leaving. I commented once as I was going through the doors how friendly they were to another lady, and she smirked and said they're paid to be. Maybe so, but I come across plenty of people in other jobs who are also paid to be friendly but are so not. The gym is super clean. The team is always sweeping, mopping, swiffering, and wiping. I go 5-6 days a week at different times, and always see them going around with the cleaning cart refilling bottles and towel dispensers. The locker room is spacious and clean, the bathrooms and showers spotless. The cardio machines have enough space to socially distance, and the equipment is new and well cared for. There is a great sense of community. I always see people with planet fitness T-shirt on, a water bottle in use, or a gym bag. I rock a planet fitness sticker on my car. People of all fitness levels and ability's are represented, and the team is happy to answer questions about using a machine or giving work out advice. My fave things are the hydro massage beds and the massage chairs, which are the most relaxing and comfortable. This sense of community, combined with a clean, positive, friendly and positive space has been beneficial to my mental health. I'm grieving the loss of my mother and going through a divorce, and I look forward to coming here. And after two months thrilled to say I'm down a pant size.
