Parking was $10 cash and we were able to snag a spot close to the venue. There were food trucks outside that were much cheaper than the drinks they offered inside. While the grounds are really nice and well maintained, my biggest complaint is the of lack of AC. If you're going to host an expo in August, you NEED to have some sort of air circulation. I was SO uncomfortably hot in there and ended up rushing through the expo just to get out of there. The other issue I had was their traffic control. They charge for parking right at the light so it causes major traffic. The guys controlling parking traffic don't even know where they are. One guy waved us to go through AT THE SAME TIME he waved people to cross the street. Not once, but TWICE. When leaving, another guy waved us to go through but didn't move out of the way completely so I had to dodge driving over his feet. I will be coming back next week for Villain Arts but at least I'm prepared for uncomfortable temperatures inside and their traffic security to be completely clueless as to where they are.

The prime rib slammers...oh my gosh. Just go ahead and order them. The meat is so tender and flavorful. With the cheese, bread, and horseradish/sour cream mixture, it's like fireworks in your mouth. The spinach chef salad was good. Loved the garlic crostinis it came with..so light and airy! I'm going to try not to come back every week, but it's likely I will fail. Nothing special to be honest. There was an upstairs that was pretty empty (but it was at least warmer up there). This spot is 15 min from downtown Nashville. If you're going to Uber/lyft anywhere please be aware that the cost is highly inflated. We paid $35+ tip on the way there. On the way back at 11:00 at night... $105 + tip!! It was a 15 min drive!! We enjoyed being able to use both the downstairs area and the balcony for some great pictures. Though we didn't get to ultimately use the outdoor area (too hot that evening), the seating and the fairy lights provided a great look. None of our vendors had any issues with the space, it was super easy to load in and out. We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, Jillian, who was super responsive throughout and had great suggestions around every detail of our event. She helped make the process of planning this event from out of town as seamless as possible. We'd definitely recommend The Bedford for all types of events.
