Quantum is the worst recruitment office I have ever worked with. I spoke with two different…read morerecruiters and they both insulted and put me down. They told me I was worthless and my 4+ years of experience was no longer relevant since I had been looking for employment for 6 months. After putting destroying me, they told me that had "great" opportunities for me and to lower my salary expectations by 10k, since I was now worthless. After I passed an interview with the desired company, I was told I was not allowed to contact them, under any circumstances (not event to thank them) and that Quantum will be negotiating my salary. Avoid Quantum at ALL cost. If you do, make sure you stay firm with your salary expectations and contact the employer yourself.

Quantum called me for an interview by phone and asked me few questions on the phone ,Nelly who…read moretalked to me on the phone ,a recruiter on Quantum was nice on the phone and told me to present for an interview .Once i went there .Nelly started to ask me questions about my previous works and education ,she told in a very convincing voice and words that I have good qualification and they will help me to find job since I have bachelor degree and other post diploma ...of course she promised to do her best and get me some interviews .After leaving the office ,I never heard back from her or anyone working at this office ,I emailed her many times and she did not even take few minutes to respond to emails or my questions ,even thou she was not satisfied by my qualifications ,at east as a professional recruiter she would gave me a negative or positive feedback about my resume or cover letter just so I could correct my mistakes and help me to enhance my chances to find a good position, After this bad experience with them i went to Adecco they are the best ,they find me 5 interviews to pass and now I got a job with a good salary in my field .they also helped 2 of my friends .For people who does not want to lose time ,don't try QUANTUM ,they are not efficient at all !!
