Your undoubtedly reading reviews because you are on the hunt for an attorney to represent you…read morethroughout one of the most stressful times in your life. In 2015 I sustained a life changing injury while working. It was truly challenging to get through this process, which lead me to explore the idea of obtaining an attorney. I am honestly blessed to have acquired Mr. Brian Freeman and his staff. Communication and correspondence are extremely important to me in every aspect of my life. Brian and his staff kept me informed every step of the way, and response times were efficient. His competency level was more than I anticipated. Leaving your case in the hands of another individual is a horrifying thought and a big decision. Brian reiterated that he specialized in this form of law, and he proved himself as the case went on. The entire time, it was apparent that Brian had the best interest of my future medical care and expenses. It is very important that you find an attorney who is upfront and honest with your case. Brian did just that! The biggest mistake you could do is find an attorney who just wants to make that buck, say the right things, and not follow through. He was prepared in taking every and all steps to fight for me. What I appreciate the most through this entire process, was the attentiveness Brian showed me during this stressful chapter in my life. Because of Brian and his staff, I am able to receive the medical treatment workers comp refused to provide me, have the opportunity to be retrained in another profession, and slowly work towards returning to the life I deserve to live. I truly appreciate everything that Brian and his staff have done for me. Words cannot express my gratitude in his dedication and efforts in my case. My case was long and drawn out and not by the hand of Brian or his staff. It's a snag in the worker's compensation system and Brian fought tooth and nail for me. If it wasn't for his determination, knowledge, and faith in me, I honestly don't know where I would be today. I personally recommend Brian as an attorney to guide you during such a painful time in your life.

I rarely write…read morereviews like this one, but I felt compelled to take the time to write this review immediately following our phone call, because Alfonso was just so incredibly helpful to me. When Alfonso and I spoke on the phone about a possible litigation case that I might pursue, Alfonso went above and beyond to be helpful to me. Additionally, Alfonso was exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely intelligent, very professional, and he was also kind and compassionate. Alfonso even took his time to talk to me regarding my case, despite the fact that his firm was unable to take my case on at that time. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain certain things about my case to me, both things that I had previously had a suspicion of and some things I was completely unaware at all at the time that we spoke. I believe that Alfonso helped me to make an educated decision about whether or not to pursue my potential litigation case, and for that I'll forever be grateful to him. He truly saved me so much of my valuable time and energy, and he also succeeded in reducing the amount of stress and anxiety that I've been up against recently, just by him showing sincere kindness and compassion in taking time out of his busy schedule to discuss my case with me. I honestly feel as though Alfonso is the first attorney that I've spoken to recently and trusted enough to work with me on my litigation case. I only wish that Alfonso was able to take me as a client at this point in time. I believe that it goes without saying that I highly recommend Alfonso Aguilar at The Sargent Firm for any and all of your personal injury litigation needs. Alfonse is by far one of the best attorneys that I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with, throughout my entire lifetime.
