Follow-Up Review - Worden & Carbitcher / Attorney Kristina Tipton This is a formal follow-up to my prior public review regarding my ongoing legal matter involving this firm. In the days leading up to February 20, I repeatedly requested verification of the chain of custody for a paternity test being used as evidence in my case. Specifically, I requested that the results be transmitted directly from the testing laboratory to counsel or to myself to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the evidence. These requests were refused at that time and continue to be refused. My concern is not speculative. It is based on prior firsthand experience in which I witnessed my ex-husband alter or forge legal documents. Given that history, my request for direct laboratory verification is a reasonable and necessary safeguard--particularly in a matter determining paternity. To be clear: my requests have been limited to verification of paternity and the integrity of evidence. I have not, at any point, stated that I intend to terminate or restrict my child's relationship with her father. I am seeking accurate information, not the removal of a parent. Any implication otherwise is inaccurate. On February 20, immediately after I published my initial review documenting these concerns, I received a voicemail from Attorney Kristina Tipton attempting to initiate a settlement discussion. I returned that communication in writing and requested that any proposed settlement be provided in written form. Despite this, no written offer has been produced. To date, there is no formal, documented settlement offer. This reflects a broader pattern of refusal to provide standard documentation and transparency. I have made good-faith, repeated requests for standard verification and documentation, which have been consistently denied. As of now, the following issues remain unresolved: * No verified chain of custody for the paternity test results * Refusal to provide written documentation of a purported settlement offer * Continued reliance on disputed and unverified material in an active legal matter More than a month has passed since these concerns were clearly raised. No corrective action has been taken. From my perspective, this represents a failure to meet basic evidentiary safeguards and a pattern of conduct that undermines confidence in the integrity of the process. These concerns are not theoretical--they directly impact a legal determination involving my child. During this time, I have remained separated from my daughter while these issues remain unaddressed. I am continuing to document my experience publicly and in writing. I will also be speaking openly about this situation and my concerns regarding these practices on my TikTok and Instagram platforms (@pigsflyshop) in the coming weeks. Transparency matters in situations where power imbalances exist, and I intend to maintain a clear, documented public record. An eloquently expressed "You shouldn't have any trouble meeting those weight loss goals now, fatty." He's such a cut-up! And always keeping on the brighter side. Through the years I have fallen and broken so many hips. If I could read or write I would craft a book about it all. The closest shave of them all was when I caught fire shortly after my fall. Worden ALWAYS keeps a fire-resistant blanket in the back of ALL of her Bugattis. Between that and her spitting on me that fire never stood a chance. I trust and love you wholly, friends!
