Some examples were Buldak hot chicken flavor ramen, salmanco frozen desserts. Also found frozen pelmeni (Russian dumplings), Went to the pet supply area, and saw a variety of dog treats, including one probably found only in Australia: Kangaroo tail disks. Supposedly, they are sourced from wild kangaroos that are culled to maintain their population.

You can just duck down and grab whatever it is you're out of. And this Spar has just about everything you could want. It is a bit pricier than the Woolies up at Redfern Oval, but I guess that's the cost of convenience. When you're battling to not binge on chips, lollies and soft drink, it's the worst. They have an amazing range of all the above and more. I mean they have all those obscure imported soft drinks like Dr Pepper in all their high fructose corn syrupy goodness!! Actually, come to think of it (leaves to go get a Dr Pepper...) P.S. The staff are really friendly and always happy to help you find something.

This supermarket has been opened in Bondi Junction since 2014 sometime. I decided I would give it a chance after all you got to check out different places for options sometimes. I have shopped in Aldi in Europe so knew what to expect. This store is a little fancier then your typical Aldi in that it's got wooden floors and a lot more spacious then some of them. You can definitely see that prices are cheaper in here. Might not have all the household names but if you were selective with your shopping you can trim your weekly shop for sure. They are good for meats and fresh produce and pantry items that brands don't matter so much. Aldi doesn't offer bags though so be prepared with your own and on Occassion you can get quite a long line up for the register as they aren't big on service here. Tonight though wasn't any problem with that but be prepared to wait if it's a peak time. Would come back here again because I did save money compared to what I would pay with the Giants.

This Sunday I filled 2 of the absolute essentials I could get and will shop at the rival tomorrow for the other 6 or more. I doubt with this management whether any other days are better. The shelves were either empty or nearly empty. Good priced white peaches:- two mangy ones left and anyway they only had room for one box. Bananas were all over-ripe. Various egg varieties out of stock. Deli looked good and well-stocked. Frozen chips - two packs of McCains left. Car parking was pretty easy but I think that was because at 4:00 PM most of the vultures had left. Even overcharged at the checkout for two items when I only had one. I couldn't be bothered to complain as there was a queue at that desk. The manager of that store clearly doesn't give (...) for customers who (s)he believes should be serviced in the old rural sense of the word. Sorry Yelp but why don't you allow a zero star rating?
