Would like to leave 0 feedback but doesn't give u that option,I went to view a focus fd13ypf on 12th January 2026 told them a few issues we had seen for ourself to be done whilst in garage,go to pick up the 22nd January to find them issues hadn't been done so had wait further 1 hour and half to get them done,to get home in congleton from picking my children up from school a break level service light came on that the levels was low and do a service now! So take it to 2 garages for independent reviews they both said its shouldn't be on the road they passed its mot with 6 issues that needed repaired before being sent out! Luckily enough i had it on finance,i had sent over the reports from quick fit to the finance and the garage to report the issues,they accepted the car back,so we take it bavk week later the 29th January to be greeted with Neil with disgusting attitude towards myself before I could step out the car demanding keys! Then he starts again coz he couldn't find service book in glove box where it was left when took car home, not that they need it anyway as they didn't service it! I paid towards a cambelt and water pump on the car they refused to pay me my money back on the day,so its being handed over to the finance complaints at min to get it back! He wasn't happy we took it to quick fit for health check,they dont believe my mechanics they believe there's, it had a snapped drop link,break pipes about to burst,disc and pads needed changing as working on 40-50%!they have readvertised it back on the forcourt with those issues! Don't use this company cars they sell are not roadworthy. The car they sold us with a full mot we had checked at another garage and was found to be unsafe and should have not been on the road. No way would it have passed the mot it had of this company. Who still say car was safe read more
