I also find that people may fault a local business for what a warranty or third party may be the original source of frustration. Give Smith's a try yourself before coming to a decision. I was looking at trading mine in and I will never even look at them ever again. DON'T go there for anything...they don't care at all about the customer.. wish there was a less than one.
