I was pleased to see items stocked and actually prices a bit lower than the same items in the cities near where I live. I found my item(s) and made my way to the register. As I reached for my license, the cashier asked for a birthday and left it at this (fine with me but not sure as far as proper procedure). She also then made a comment when my card didn't work that "if I am just be patient, it will work" which was not something I want from anyone. I said I appreciated her comment but would prefer more direct instruction and she then helped my card get swiped through and I was on my way. I see Spotted Cow right away as I enter, but they had 12 packs in cans. I do not like beer in cans, so worker says they have it in bottles in a case. He walks to the back of the house/store to get it for me. I've had moon man in the past. He tells me Totally Naked beer is a lighter form of Spotted Cow so I get a 6 pack of that. My id wasn't even checked, but I'm 46. $40 later and man carries out the case to the car for me. Wow, great service. Only flaw was parking was for 4 cars in front and had to wait for this pickup to leave the entrance to lot. Luckily, no traffic behind me. Support the locals!

The prices seem to be reasonable and since it is right near downtown, the location is very convenient. These guys are not busy too often. Don't expect a mad house, it is a small town shop that has a good selection and a large walk-in beer cooler that you can grab your poison. The staff are usually friendly. We also belong to the wine club which gives you free admission to wine tasting events and a 10% discount on all wine.
