The service, food quality, and cleanliness fell well short of reasonable expectations. It took approximately 20 minutes simply to place our order and another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The table we were seated at was sticky and still had water rings from previous guests. After waiting about 10 minutes with no attention, I had to go to the bar myself to request a cloth to wipe the table and to obtain menus. While the restaurant did not appear particularly busy, it was clearly understaffed. Our party of five ordered sandwiches, one appetizer, and one beer (the rest of us had water). The total came to $134. The bill was presented on a handheld device, and when I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told one was not available.
