I attempted to contact CRECER for over a year and a half desperately looking for services for myself and my family (it's not easy to find bilingual mental health). I called dozens of times, left messages with various people, and even showed up to the address listed and waited 60 mins to speak to someone (nope, no front desk person). It never happened. Priska is a joke. I spoke to her twice on the phone. She took down my full name, my date of birth and my insurance information, with a promise that she would contact me to let me know if my insurance was covered. Priska asked me one question "is this immigration related?" I answered "no," and she quickly rushed me off the phone. Over a year later and I have never heard back. Crecer did not answer my calls or return my messages. Priska you should be damn ASHAMED of yourself. You are a snob.
