Yes you can stream but I had to use my phone hot spot several times. No pool, no tennis, no games, nothing. Oh they had a going away party for the old owners with fireworks. The next day they raised the price from $58.00 to $100.00. If you have a class A motor home be careful the road to the site needs tree trimming. I damaged my sky lite on a branch. Never again

I took a dip in the swimming pool and found it refreshing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Camp store is well stocked (camper accessories available). They will deliver firewood and bags of ice (2 bag / 2 bundle minimum) right to your site on a golf cart! The bathrooms were large, clean and well stocked. Grounds are well maintained. They had a gorgeous swimming area, with splash park and 2 enclosed water slides. The office and surrounding area was well kept and had an additional pool there. The security gate made you feel at ease (not that one would be concerned, just added that extra touch!). Our site (49) was one of the best on the grounds. We were on a corner lot, plenty of room, horseshoe pits directly behind us as well as a gorgeous walking/bike path. Overall, the campground was amazing. The kids all seemed to be having fun, but not at the expense of others (we do not have children). The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be that the bath houses could use a refresh. But at the end of the day, I'm not spending my weekend in there anyhow. Just a quick rinse and shave, and back out for the fun. We will absolutely camp there again and would recommend Seven Maples to any and everyone.

I figured we wouldn't get a refund. I understand with such short notice. I still decided to provide the courtesy of informing them we wouldn't be there. I did ask however, if someone picked up our spot would we get a refund? The answer was no. I asked, "so you'll make double?" This was confirmed. That is disappointing to me and a poor example of customer service. Like I said I understand not being refunded for the late cancellation, but it doesn't feel right that they would profit off of an unforeseen hardship by not offering anything in case the spot got picked up. Not sure I'll want to give them my business in the future. Beware- might be best to book this one very close to the dates you'd like to use it.

Hampton and Salisbury Beaches are less than a half hour away. The outlets are a hour away and there are many stores close including a Dunkin Donuts right across the street. There is a huge lake for boating and a small clean beach if you want a low stress day.

A great family weekend! Pine Lake RV Resort and Cottages was refreshingly surprising. I would give…read moreit a strong 4.5 stars due to a few minor glitches, but because they didn't spoil the fun, I am giving it a 5. The cabins were immaculate. The one-bedroom was roomy, had a pull-out couch, and came fully appointed with pots, pans, dishes, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. The cabins outside of the pet-friendly area also have linens included. Our group rented a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, and each site came with a fire pit that was perfect for making s'mores. There is plenty to do here. You can relax at your campsite, go fishing in the lake, or participate in a plethora of activities like cornhole, pickleball, basketball, arts and crafts, swimming in the pool, renting a kayak, or playing pool. The kids' absolute favorite was the watermelon contest! There is also a fitness room, which is great to have if the weather isn't ideal for walking. For a caution to families, I felt the ice cream and coffee shop was a bit overpriced, especially if you have a large family. It also didn't open early enough for morning coffee. However, you can easily avoid those extra costs by cooking at your site, bringing ingredients for your own coffee drinks, and picking up a carton of ice cream at a local store. On the plus side, the taco and potato bar was better than expected with lots of options, and the $15 per person price tag seemed reasonable. There was plenty of comfortable seating around the green. The camp store also had a good selection, including worms for fishing. It is interesting that the campground is not far from I-84, because when you are there, it feels like you are deep in the woods and far from civilization. I hope we can return for another family weekend in the future!

Most weekends they have activities we landed on BBQ cookout and music it was really good. Lots of people food and music very happy place. They have a POOL for kids and a heated pool for adults we felt bad that we didn't bring our bathing suits but I wet my feet just to enjoy the water a little bit A nice trail for hiking and a basketball court. I can't express enough how happy I was with my husband's choice for a mini vacation. Just one downside, WOOD is a hit or miss here due to outside storage could be wet could be dry and of course wet does not burn well. See you next year

Having grown up wilderness camping, and having recently seen a few atrocious campgrounds, I really…read moredidn't know what to expect. We fairly recently got a motor home, and we're trying various campgrounds to get used to it. We signed up for site 117, but the map left us confused. When we got near the number, the numbers were out of order, with some missing! As my husband walked around trying to figure it out, a very friendly camper-lady came out and showed us that our site has a very long entry drive, with the site at the end of a point near the lake. This part of the park is far away from the highway, so it's very quiet. Even with our camping neighbors fairly close, it was nearly like the wilderness camping I'm used to. The lake was beautiful to look at out the back window! There were some blooming plants near the water which sent a wonderful fragrance on the breeze coming up from the water. The site is high above the water, so I didn't try going there. Found out later that there is a small beach just down the road, but didn't have time to swim. (The main beach is on the other side of the lake) The bathhouse is just across the road, with two toilets and a shower, although we didn't use them. The dumpster is nearby, just past the bathhouse. We had two dogs with us, and there were dogs all around us, but very little barking, and no problems. We nearly had a problem when we found one of our dog's rabies certificate would run out the day after we got there, but the rangers called a supervisor, who gave us the names of local vets, and we went there the next day; problem solved! Having gone there for only two days as "look-see", this is a place I would gladly go to again for a longer stay. The "lake" looks like a pond to me, but a canoe would be welcome, and bicycles would be fun for riding all the roads through both sides of the campground.

This is our first time staying at a DCR campground west of 495, simply because none of them have…read morewater and electric. Now we have a basic solar kit to keep the batteries charged I was ready to go for it. This place is BEAUTIFUL. Pros and cons aside for a minute, we didn't want to leave. My husband is the beach lover but said this was probably his favorite we've camped at so far. (Granted some of it had to do with it being less than perfect weather and come Sunday morning we had almost the whole section to ourselves.) In our opinion the north side is nicer, and more set up size-wise for trailers. Any site from 101-112 is truly lake side and you can put your kayak or canoe in the lake right from there. We stayed at 116, and that section is more of a steep drop off but you still have wonderful lake views. But, it is also set up somewhat awkwardly with having to drive over the grass with not super clear markings. (119 is in front of 116 FYI. We felt bad setting up as we blocked some of their view.) That said, if you camp with friends, esp. tent camping it's a great area to reserve. The row of pull-through sites one up from the lake-side still offer a great water view and nice privacy between. The drawback is that if you are a family with young kids the access to the beach/swimming area is over at the east side. The bathrooms on the north side are small, very rustic and don't have dishwashing stations. However the ladies room shower has been updated to a real shower head and dial control that will let you regulate the hot water and stays on, not like the push button ones at Scusset or Salisbury! They were as clean as they could be, meaning they are old with an eroded cement floor so not much could be done. Oh and other reviews have mentions the traffic noise from 202 is loud at those sites that are nearest to roadway, and yes, we rode our bikes over there and it was terrible. And FYI some of the east side noise travels across the lake if you are at 113-118. Overall a totally different experience from Horseneck Beach, Scusset or Salisbury if you've been to those, but we really enjoyed it.
