I really can't say enough great things about Cassy. My family hired her to help my mom transition to Rossmoor and move out of a big house that had become a burden for my mom to manage on her own. My mom had been talking about moving for years but just didn't know where to start in order to downsize. Cassy not only helped with the obvious logistics but assisted my mom with difficult decisions and was really communicative with the rest of my family about how we were handling everything. My mom was so overwhelmed with the process, and we really appreciated that Cassy set up her new home so that all she had to do was show up at the end of moving day! Cassy is great! I highly recommend her. I am physically handicapped and my wife is mentally challenged and we had to move from a large home to a much smaller apartment in 5 weeks. She was very flexible about doing what was needed, which changed over time. We didn't know what we could take that would fit so she created a drawing of each room and a suggested layout of furniture etc. I don't know how that move could have been accomplished without her. Cassy helped my mother-in-law downsize from a one bedroom in assisted living to a studio. This was an especially difficult job as my mother-in-law was changing facilities from one place to another further from the Bay Area, and my mother-in-law definitely did not want to move. She loved where she was, had all her friends there, but had to move to a less expensive home. Cassy was fabulous, not only in knowing how to tackle my mother-in-law's piles, but also in creating a trusting relationship, and always respecting the feelings of my mother-in- law.
