Do not take their word on anything. Find another bank. It's so disappointing and disgusting that even their manager and loan officers are untrustworthy. Save yourself from disappointment.

Would you believe that I have not been able to access my online account for months?! I have worked…read morewith my local bank, continued to seek support locally and nothing is done...Changes to system has been made that I have not been able to bypass no matter how many times I've tried... Local bank was once a great bank until PNC took over and I THOUGHT I would more easily do my banking online... Quite recently within all the chaos going in America, corporations are losing control of their site management. I am one of those who has lost to those bank changes. I am here because I'm looking for a new bank... If you go with PNC, do not sign up for online banking which is controlled in Pittsburgh... You'll be just as upset as I have been... The ONLY way I know what my balance is is via the debit card...however, that means nothing since I have no idea who has been paid... I had thought to switch to check payments, then I realized that I had auto pay which I was slowly trying to get out of (had only used during a long period of health issues), so that I would never know when that money was taken out of account and thus be able to take the amount out of my checkbook...!!!
