Second of all, she called us about 20-30 minutes after we left to tell him that his taxes had already been filed, and that she wanted her $50 back. Because of this, he went to file through cash app just for them to tell him the same thing. We thought his identity was stolen, so we spent hours trying to get on the phone with an IRS representative, which is more difficult than it seems, only for them to tell us that his taxes were filed on March 8th by NATASHIA. At no point did she call to tell him that they had gone through. Very awful, do your taxes online before going here.

Just got my taxes done from Natashia Klos. I had to make her go back a few pages cause she skipped…read morea page saying I was to pay them 275 dollars . When asked about it , she assured me that it was already taken out and that the total amount i was getting back was the amount shown. I asked again, "so there was a certain total, and the system already took out the 275 and the number it's showing is what I'll get?" She told me yes again. We finish signing and she gives me a paper that says over $300 was being taken out and that I indeed was NOT getting what she just told me and assured me I was getting so instead of getting a solid income tax back , I got way way less than she told me and nothing can be changed . The plans I had won't be done and all she had to say when I called to tell her about it was "you signed the pages i wouldn't of made you sign if you didn't know" It won't allow me to post a separate review, but yes my original post was before I contacted a lady at the Johnstown branch I believe & she got in touch with her boss and the two of them resolved everything pretty quickly for me

I cant explain the relief I feel knowing this envelope of stuff will be transformed into useful dialog, better know as my tax return. Their services have been offered for many years and has employed several generations of family members over time. Our family has turned to M&J for at least 15 years.
