Call center is awful. Adventist Health- Lodi Vine Family Care was bought by CMC- Horrible!! I can't make a simple call without waiting over an hour to get to the call center. I have to call 2-3 times with over 30 minute wait each time for someone to pick up. Not to mention doctors leave all the time, and I have to see a new doctor everytime I go. Can another company now buy CMC- get this medical center out of Lodi. read more

Place is 99% Medi-Cal patients, I'm stuck here because despite paying $585/mo for ObamaCare, no MD that's worth anything is taking new patients within a 30 mile radius. So, I'm stuck here in purgatory. Never take you on time for an appointment, even if it's 10am. People hacking all over, kids running around like misbehaved tyrants while Mom surfs Facebook on her Obamaphone. Then when they finally call you in, staff is inept. Avoid this dive. read more

This review is for Community Medical Center. I came in today for a routine ob-gyn visit and my appointment was at 8;30 am. The wait was only like 5 min for them to call me back into a patient room. I was seen by Dr. Hernandez and he was very informative and was very professional. He prescribed medicine and everything was sent electronically to my pharmacy of choice. When I arrived at my pharmacy everything was ready for me. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and welcomed me in as I walked in. However, I had a question regarding one of my medications and I called the office around 11:00 am and they said that someone would call me back. It is 6:07 pm and no call, so i call the office agine and i was told to call back tomorrow at 8:00 am. read more

For more years than I can count, I have had to pay out of pocket for my children's healthcare. No child support and a single mom income make things tough. in comes the ACA and suddenly, we have healthcare! Okay, so MOST of the trendy clinics and MD offices in Lodi won't take the HPSJ healthcare insurance (too poor for their standards)... but Woodbridge Medical Group DOES. While you DO need to make sure to try and schedule any MD visits as far out as possible, the staff at WMG are great. They treat everyone as equals, with kindness and dignity. It's not a FANCY office, more like your run of the mill public health clinic, but it's clean and the staff are friendly. When my son was injured (sports injury) they were able to squeeze us in and get him seen soonest so that proper medical referrals for X-Rays and whatnot could be made. When he needed a physical for school, they made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed, and even consolidated three separate immunization cards into one, and digitized them so they could be more easily transmitted to the school or other MD's. Fast forward to today, when I find out that the PCP who sees my youngest cannot give her the immunizations that she requires for the new immunization laws in CA. We have to have the paperwork filled in by June 1, and her PCP doesn't even DO immunizations. (what kind of MD office doesn't 'do' immunizations?) After an HOUR on the phone back and forth between MD office and health care plan, I'm in tears and about to give up, when the supervisor at the health insurance company suggests WMG. My son is already a patient there, why not take the girl there as well (she has some specialized medical needs we THOUGHT a PCP would be better able to deal with)? She has an appointment for tomorrow. At 9. We will have all the immunizations taken care of way in advance of the school district deadline and the folks who helped me get everything set up... wonderful. SO helpful. From now on until the kids have to pay for their own healthcare, I'll keep going back to WMG. It's not the fanciest MD office in town, but they definitely know how to treat their customers well. read more

I have called 3 times in 2 weeks for my blood results. They say the doctor has 48 hours to get back to you, no one ever called back either times for 2 weeks. So I call again today and no one is available to look over my results and they say the same or offer a visit just to find out there are no open visits available until end of next month so they transfer me to a manager and it goes straight to voicemail. My appt was at 10:30 it's 12:00pm and I still haven't been seen all I need is a shot not even to be seen by the doctors !!!! Plus they left all the other stuff from the previous person all on the counter , it's like a cup of blood and a used tool from a pap. I would not recommend this place to anyone Because they're not very organized and they get confused about things and the staff do not communicate with each other about what's going on in their own environment once they forgot about me and I was there over three hours waiting for them to call my name which they thought I was in the bathroom when I had never even went to the bathroom they had got me confused with somebody else And then I kept asking and they told me I had to wait my turn but people have been going in That had came after me with later appointments so kept asking about my appointment they finally got me in 3 and a half hours early because I always come 20 minutes early so that I usually don't have to wait as long now I'm having problems with them again I am 34 weeks pregnant and six days and they can't get me in till March 13 and it is now February 16 because I'm not comfortable with one of the doctors there so they are Basically penalizing me When I have explained to multiple staff that I've talk to you on the phone that I have not been feeling good also I have not been to the doctor in a month and a half. read more

Do your self a favor and go somewhere else they let me run out of my medicine Lizabeth s that runs the medicine side of it tells me she has a 48 hour window for the doctor to refill my meds when I clearly ordered it 15 days prior then she lied about the pharmacy saying they never ordered it again a lie and then she said someone from the clinic would call to help me Vanessa called me on Friday to tell me the doctor had left for the weekend and she couldn't help me and on top of it all doctor Ali ordered the medicine in 5mg when she clearly changed it to 10mg back in February not a good place to go for your health read more

My initial visit was ok. Staff was pleasant. I was getting an initial physical and saw a nurse practitioner rather than a doctor so I was a little surprised, but my feeling was she was competent and ordered the right blood work. Ok but then ... A few days later I get s call from some woman saying I need two meds based on blood work. Since I'm a new patient, they asked what pharmacy I wanted. I said CVS and she informed me I could pick up the medications the following day as it was important to get started right away. Those meds never got called in ... Finally on third day I called the clinic and was informed that it was never sent because they needed to know what pharmacy. REALLY? They just straight up asked me this s few days ago!!! So I repeat CVS pharmacy. Two days later! Meds STill aren't there! The pharmacist finally asks WHO is your doctor???? When I said Woodbridge medical group he literally groaned out loud. He said UGHHHHHHHH ... And I said "Really? They're that bad"? Yeah. So if one day I need antibiotics to save my life, I will likely be dead before they get around to getting my Rx submitted. read more

3 months later.. and I'm still waiting for an eye doctor referral, after it's already gotten approved by my health insurance. So here's the story: The front office never updated my info when I first went in. When I called about it the first time they "updated " my info and told me they would call me back... Two weeks later I called and they still hadn't updated my info! They had sent my referral to my previous address. I was told i'd get a call back and nope didn't receive any call back. I called back again and guess what they got my address wrong!! Instead of 310 they had put 350 as my street address. I was by far done speaking with these receptionists so I asked to speak to somebody in charge. Well after some attitude from this person they finally transferred me over and I spoke to a person in charge. This person was very kind and professional and she gave me her line to call her when I needed help. she updated my info...AGAIN.. and she let me know I could pick up the referral if I wanted to but that she would fax in my referral. She also gave me the number to call the optometrist myself. So I decided to call the optometrist only to find out they weren't taking any new patients!!!! AAgh! Don't they check this stuff?? The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they do have some nice people working there that actually do their job! read more

This is by far the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. First you call and tell them why you want to set up an appointment you take the day off work go to your appointment only to be told to go home and pray. You're given a referral to a social worker so you call and they tell you that the social worker is a psychiatrist again you take the day off work and go only to be told that the person you are seeing is not in fact a psychiatrist and still cannot help you. So they then send you down to San Joaquin mental health which is pretty much like a mental illness jail for 4 hours to be told that now that it's too late for you to be seen as its after hours and they cannot help you. You go back a third time and the staff lies right to your face and threatenes to have you committed if you can't calm down. I ended up in the emergency room with a blood pressure of 167 over 115, I am 5 foot 4 and only weigh 130 pounds there's absolutely no reason that my blood pressure should have been that high other than the fact that I truly was suffering from serious panic and anxiety. I will never ever go back to this clinic I would highly recommend anyone do some serious research before going back there. This place doesn't even deserve a star. Went it to get a test done and was told to come back 2 days later, which I already had an appointment that day at an earlier time, I told the MA and she said that it was fine. I could do the first appointment then do the second one when the first one was over, left work early so I could be on time to the first appointment only to be told that I'm not allowed to do 2 appointments in one day and told me to come back 3 hours later. Not only did I miss work because of their lack of knowledge but I also wasted my gas and time. read more

This is the absolute WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, WORTHLESS office I have ever had the displeasure of being sent to. Not only is there absolutely no sense of urgency but the office staff is rude, gives out inaccurate information and has no regard for its patients. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and can go into labor at any moment. I was told when I signed my release of med. records that it would take 5-7 days for them to be FAXED to the new office that THANK GOD I got switched to. Now, 5 days later, I call to check and see if there's any way they can PLEASE send them over, since the new office at Sutter Amador already has everything else ready and is ONLY waiting on them to FAX a FEW PAPERS over so I'm able to make an appointment, and the new story is that it will now take 1-2 weeks for them to FAX a few papers over and that they "don't know" the urgency of my situation even though I've repeated over and over that I'm at a point where I could go in to labor at any moment and need to be seen by my new doctor. I've never been so scared and unsure considering this is my first child and I now have no idea what to expect going into my last few weeks of pregnancy. I cannot believe a medical office would conduct themselves like this and lack so much empathy when it comes to a woman CLEARLY in need of medical attention. Its PATHETIC and DISGUSTING. read more
